- [Instructor] All right, so how do we make all this resilience stuff practical? How do we build resilient websites and apps as a standard practice? Let's explore. It starts with setting clear goals and objectives for resilience and holding yourself and your team accountable to those goals. The first and primary goal is achieving the user's goal, whatever goal that may be. It could be accessing information in text or audio or video. It could be posting content, a comment, a media item or a response to a website. It could be booking an appointment or adding an item to a shopping cart or it could be something else.
