Yesterday, in between calls and meetings, I signed and paid for our second investment in drilling an Oilwell. The Martin #1 and the drilling portion cost my wife and I $9267 for our small interest in it. We had already paid the first portion last month and are excited for them to start drilling Oct 31. This is our second well with a second company and seeing the differences between the two already had taught me alot about an industry I have been in for more than 20 years. I always though investing like this took $250k or more and never really put much thought into. But now we are in for 2. I truly believe there is a long future for this industry and I am willing to invest in it. Technology is making it more efficient and cleaner everyday. Heck the Technology I try to bring to y'all is apart of that future. I truly believe that. Emissions can be eliminated and if you're interested in learning more just ask. If you're interested in learning more about my experience with these wells, just ask. See the theme. LinkedIn is all about networking and reaching out. So are you going to make a connection today? #oilandgas #drilling #production #learning #connecting #sales #business #future #technology

SUN Specialty Products
Here, SUN Specialty Products frac experts, Harold Brannon and Nicole Hoffman discuss "Responsible Resource Management," a concept where operators seek to get the most production out of their reservoir with the least impact on the environment. Operators' ongoing demand for increased cash flow and reduced costs often outweigh improved recovery efforts. As a result, we are seeing a glut of stranded production that will be difficult and expensive to re-frac. Steps need to be taken to better manage these resources and improve recovery so that we get the most out of wells the first time around. What do you think? Please leave your comments below, or better yet, contact SUN Specialty Products today, and let's chat about it in person. #sunspots #sunspecialtyproducts #hydraulicfracturing

I have said it before and I will say it again, If: A.) Your lubricant supplier is intent on offering you a product that only comes in "totes", it's because they aren't looking to sell you a solution for you, they are looking to sell you a solution for them. & B.) If the lubricant they offer is so good, then why is the minimum amount the sell it to you in 3,000 lbs. at a time? If it stays in the valve like it is supposed to, that would mean that they are selling you enough lubricant at a time to fill an average of 12.5 total 7"15K x 4"15K frac stacks with 4 valves on the run and 4 valves on the wing every time they sell you a single tote of grease. Let me break that down for everyone a bit further, that would mean for every 100 valves that leave your shop to go out on a pad, you should not be spending anymore on grease for those 100 valves, than a single tote for the lifecycle duration those valves while they are out on a single well. Meaning if you have 50 total 7"15K valves and 50 total 4"15K valves out at anytime, and your current lubricant supplier is telling you that you need to buy/use more than a single tote's worth of their grease, to maintain those 100 valves for a duration of being on pad, then they are telling you to your face their product cannot go the distance and wont go the distance. HFL works, it goes the distance, not 5 stages, not 10 stages, not 20 stages, not even 30 stages, HFL has consistently and consecutively gone 50, 60, 70 even 100 stages at a time with no regreasing with no issues. In some cases we have gone well over 350 stages at a time without any regreasing. Ask yourself, "is my current lubricant vendor bringing me a solution to my problems, or a solution to theirs?" #oilandgas #frac #lubricant

For One Producer, it’s Diamond Life in the Permian Midland and Delaware As they say, when one door closes another door opens. But in the case of Midland, Texas-based Diamondback Energy this week, that old expression with one negative translates to a big positive all the way around. Reese Energy Consulting today is following the latest news from Diamondback, which has closed the door on its February $26 billion merger deal with Midland neighbor Endeavor Resources. Among the biggest acquisitions we’ve seen as part of the consolidation frenzy now a year long, the Diamondback-Endeavor merger has to rank as one of the most memorable. As two of the Permian’s largest operators, each was considered prime buy targets early on for producers on the hunt for more acreage and drilling inventory. This to which both E&Ps rebuffed any rumor, any notion, any idea they were up for sale. Then came Diamondback’s Endeavor announcement last February, no doubt leaving a few broken hearts. With fed scrutiny officially in the rearview, the combination gives Diamondback a total 838,000 net acres across the Midland and Delaware and 816 MBOED. Now onto the open door, where Diamondback’s subsidiary Viper Energy Inc. continues to build its Permian mineral and royalty interests in both plays with three new acquisitions from Fort Worth and Midland, Texas-based Tumbleweed Royalty IV in a cash and stock deal valued at $1.1 billion. Assets include 3,237 acres in the Midland and 490 acres in the Delaware core, which currently produce 2.5 MBPD (4 MBOED). According to news sources, Viper expects Diamondback to develop 120-140 new well locations by the end of 2026. What do you think? We've been focusing on cutting CO2 emissions by saving time, costs, and fuel usage with our dissolvable frac plugs. We can help our operators speed up two parts of the operation to save time and fuel. First, we can eliminate the need to pump down the frac ball with a ball-in-place feature. Second, we ensure the plugs dissolve in time before the coiled tubing clean-out run, making the clean-out process more efficient. Normally, it takes about 15-20 minutes to pump down a frac ball for each stage. By saving 20 minutes per stage, we can save roughly 16 hours of pumping time and fuel per well, considering that some wells have over 50 stages. Efficient clean-out runs are also essential. Drilling out plugs often requires short trips to clear out the cuttings. These short trips make up more than 50% of coiled tubing time and can be prolonged by complex downhole conditions. Dissolvable plugs dissolve in time, making clean-out runs smoother and eliminating the need for short trips, which can cut the time by half or more. On average, clean-out runs use 10,000-15,000 liters (2,600-4,000 gallons) of fuel per run on equipment and coiled tubing, resulting in roughly 40 tons (80,000 lbs) of CO2 emissions. Our dissolvable plugs have helped operators cut coiled tubing time and CO2 emissions by half. Every small improvement contributes to significant environmental benefits. It's through these cumulative efforts that we make a meaningful difference and impact. Get in touch with us today if you want to cut CO2 emissions in your operations.
