Since 2009, our series of highly-structured accelerator programs have given founders the direction and global network needed to build a meaningful business.
It all starts with our renowned ‘FI Core’ accelerator (https://fi.co/program), which pushes founders at the idea and pre-seed stages to reach the milestones needed for investment and sustained growth. Alumni of FI Core then get free access to our advanced ‘Founder Lab’ accelerators for years to come (https://fi.co/scale), and can get matched with prospective investors in the FI Venture Network (https://fi.co/investors), a collection of global funds actively investing in the earliest rounds of funding.
The results speak for themselves: FI Alumni have raised over $1.5 billion in funding and are building meaningful businesses across 200+ cities and 6 continents. -

Our mission is to ensure that every girl reaches her full potential by providing girls ages 9-13 an opportunity—and in many cases, their only chance—to participate in sport and physical activity.
We endeavor to harness the natural properties of sport to propel young women into competitive, male-dominated careers—especially those at the intersection of science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM) and sports. To accomplish this, we offer programs and resources designed to transform girls’ motivation into an “I am unstoppable” attitude.
It is our goal to help girls everywhere find the courage to do things beyond the field of play that they never thought possible. We believe that girls given the opportunity to play on a team become women who have the confidence to stand on their own.
Meet + Mentor matches middle school girls (ages 10-13) with caring adult women who support them in their efforts to develop the academic and life skills necessary to succeed in a science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) related career. -

To provide safety, shelter and support for women who have experienced domestic violence, and to raise awareness regarding its cause, prevalence and impact.
We are looking to create a societal shift on how people think about domestic violence. In order for that to happen we need everyone to share the same message that there is help and there is hope.
It will take all facets of society going in the same direction to invoke a real change. For every woman in an abusive situation, there is help and there is hope. Any woman, any age, any race, any religion, anywhere can be affected. But it does not define who they are.
If we truly want to end domestic violence, we need to see these women for who they are - our mothers, daughters, sisters, friends and colleagues. Domestic violence can affect anyone, regardless of age, ethnicity or socioeconomic class. We will not stop until all women and children are safe in their own homes.
Genesis Women’s Shelter was founded with a goal to not just help women, but to completely eradicate domestic violence. We have formulated our services to address the issue holistically and give each woman the same message: there is help and there is hope. -

Airline Solutions Depreciation & Amortization Forecasting Model
After Sabre's IPO, it was evident that the attention on EPS would become crucial as well as tight controls around our forecasts. I was tasked with creating and managing a depreciation and amortization forecasting model for the Airline Solutions business. After several months of engaging with the planning team, aligning expectations and inputs from the business units and some data integrity checks/clean up, we now have a model that forecasts D&A month to month with a 99.9% accuracy rate. I was tasked with producing a report that would track submitted business for several of our insurance products by line of business and duration. The particular challenge was to identify which products are sold together and at which attachment rates. The result was the creation of a time-specific tool that helps senior management make pricing, planning and strategic implementing decisions.
