In this role, you’ll set the talent vision, execute on high-stakes hiring goals, and work with incredible CEOs to help redefine industries through data. If you’re an 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴, love creating pipelines that can keep up with intense velocity, and are ready to 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺, we want to meet you! 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿: 🎯 5+ years in recruiting with 2+ years leading recruiting functions at high-growth tech companies or startups. 💥 Proven ability to 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 and manage end-to-end processes for technical and strategic roles. 🚀 Passion for working in ambiguity, moving quickly, and iterating for impact.
