Beyond excited to announce our seed round, negative lifetime burn and Fillout 2.0.
2 years ago we launched Fillout as a simple form builder.
49 major updates and 3 new products later, we now serve 1000s of paying customers and 100k+ teams across forms, scheduling, payments, workflows and document generation.
Today, a Fillout form is completed every second, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (!).
We’re lucky to have customers in every industry, from individuals to teams like Fairfax County, Dominos Pizza, Bombas Socks and Air .org.
We’ve had a blast building up to this point and have 3 big updates to share:
— Our seed round —
Firstly, a thank you to the people who have backed us since the start:
Elad Gil, Nat Friedman, Cristina Cordova, Gregory R., Gordon Ritter, David Apple, Lachy Groom, Liu Jiang, Dylan Field, Dennis Pilarinos, Jamie Cuffe, Steve Garrity, Eric Liu, Snir Kodesh, Mihika Kapoor, Steven Zhang, Chris Talley, Hanseul Nam, Grant Rheingold, Ethan Daly, Viggy Rajendran, Steve Wan, David Dworsky, Theodor Marcu, Prem Nair, Eleanor Dorfman, Ludwig Pettersson
These folks have founded and led companies I admire, like Figma, Github and Linear (to name a few) and I’m grateful for their belief in us.
— Fillout 2.0 —
Secondly, we just launched a full rebrand to better represent what Fillout is today and where we’re heading.
It’s been a huge team effort and long overdue.
Check out it out at fillout dot com.
— Profitability —
Lastly, Fillout has negative lifetime burn!
The business has been profitable for the last year and has more funds on hand than funds raised.
It's an important milestone, allowing us to serve customers long-term without seeking more capital.
It’s also a testament to our team, our early customers and our partners.
Thank you in particular to Dan Leeman, Gareth Pronovost, Josh Sorenson, Josh Nieboer, Alex Noles, Derrick Delgado, Julien Mottet, Chris Dancy, Zack Stevenson, Vince Ertveld, Florian Verdonck, Avi Hercenberg and many, many others.
We’ve got big plans ahead, are growing really fast and hiring for several roles. Come join us!
