What is the difference between a Series A CoS role and a Series B CoS role? Here is what Dara C. told us: • Series A CoS role: you wear a lot of different hats and you may have to figure things out for the first time •Series B CoS role: you have a little bit more process and a little bit more people at your company, which requires more buy-in and more trust. And you are able to build upon your prior company success to scale for future growth What else would you add? Please share below!
