Short biography

Empfehlenswert.

More elaborate variants are shown for the benefit of the advances student. There are many excellent photographs, some of which clearly indicate the wrong as well as the right way to achieve certain postures.Hatha-yoga is not a religion and it neither demands nor presupposes adherence to any specific philosophy. Although it has long been practiced by Hindu masters for spiritual attainment, it offers modern man an effective means of relaxing his muscles and reducing nervous tension that can bring him health, vitality, and renewed zest for living.… (more)
