Starting January 10th, the Atari 2600+ G FUEL Energy Formula can be found exclusively on GFUEL.com. This collector’s box is a composited tribute of 1977’s original Atari 2600; Strikingly down to it’s iconic faux wood paneling. Additionally, there is an Atari CX40+ Joystick tumbler, a keychain, and three more fruit flavor offerings; Sour Grape Asteroids, Tropical Centipede, and Blue Raspberry Pong. Atari 2600+ G FUEL
The Atari 2600+ is a modern day recreation of the original console that first appeared in 1980 – officially released in November of last year. Coming early 2024, Atari will be bringing four additional 7800/2600 games to market. For retro video game enthusiasts, Atari confirmed a 99% compatibility rate with just under 600 games tested for the 2600+. An updated compatibility list can be found on Atari.com.
Regarding the G FUEL Collector’s Box, there is a waitlist available. However, G Fuel notes that due to high demand, select products have a chance to sell out before purchase is complete or notifications are sent. To illustrate, G Fuel’s The Witcher–themed ‘Tawny Owl Potion’ sold out during the pre-order stage in September of last year.
