Hidden Through Time 2: Myths & Magic was released earlier this year, and it’s not taken long for new content to be revealed. The hidden objects game will get a follow-up titled Hidden Through Time 2: Discovery, which will include 3 brand-new eras to explore and find various objects in: Noir mystery, Victorian elegance, and Sci-Fi wonder. As of yet, no release date or even a release window has been announced. However, Discovery will be made available on all the same platforms as Myths & Magic, including PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 | 5, Xbox One | Xbox Series X/S, iOS, and Android.
The original Hidden Through Time was released in 2020 and initially featured 4 ages: Stone Age, Egypt, Middle Ages, and Western. DLC added new eras, including Viking Tales, Legends of Japan, Road to Rome, Pirate Treasures, and Aztec Rituals.
Hidden Through Time 2: Myths & Magic followed up in 2024, letting players explore 4 eras: 1001 Nights, Greek Mythology, The Middle Ages, and The Magical 80s. Be sure to read our review of Hidden Through Time 2 to see what we thought of the sequel.
All Hidden Through Time games feature a map editor, which allows players to create their own levels using the numerous assets that comes with the game. Players’ creations can then be shared online so that other players can explore their levels. Hidden Through Time 2: Discovery will follow suit with its own map editor so new levels can be put together with the new content.
