SHIFT UP has announced another brilliant project for Goddess of Victory: NIKKE. They recently revealed that the game will have another collaboration with the Nier: Automata series, Nikke x Nier Automata, and that the event starts on September 1. The event will introduce at least two guest characters from Nier: Automata, 2B and A2, exclusive costumes, a limited-time Story Event, and a 21-Day Login Event, which will include many benefits for players.
After several hours of maintenance, the NIKKE x Nier: Automata collaboration update will commence on September 1, 2023. Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is available on Windows, Android, and iOS.
Limited Time Nikke x Nier: Automata Characters
Goddess of Victory: NIKKE will bring two guest characters from the Nier: Automata series, 2B and A2, during this collaboration. These characters are exclusive, meaning that once their Nikke x Nier Recruitment Banner is done, you can’t no longer obtain them from any other sources.
The first exclusive character is 2B, the main character of Nier: Automata. She arrives on Goddess of Victory: NIKKE alongside her comrades A2 and 9S, and she wields the Assault Rifle, Virtuous Rifle. Meanwhile, A2 accompanies her as a Rocket Launcher unit, wielding the Type-40 Blade as her weapon of choice. And for 9S, he will appear only as an NPC on the Limited-Time Story Event.
2B and A2 will arrive on Goddess of Victory: NIKKE on September 1 and September 8 respectively, and will leave the game on September 28, 2023.

Exclusive Costumes
Apart from the characters themselves, SHIFT UP will also launch four new costumes, two for 2B and two for A2, and two of them will bear the name Metamorphic Damage, with the developers stating that “the costumes that can be acquired for free will ring a bell with those Commanders who’ve played Nier: Automata”.
You can gain the free costumes via Event Mission Challenges after you obtain 2B and A2. Meanwhile, to get the Special Costumes for 2B and A2, you must either obtain them from Costume Gacha (2B – YoRHa Uniform 1), or through YoRHa Pass (A2 – YoRHa Uniform Prototype).

Other Updates in Nikke x Nier Collaboration Event
Apart from the main attraction of this collaboration, 2B and A2, the game will see many updates and benefits such as the Limited-Time Story Event, Outer: Automata, and 21-Day Login Event.

Outer: Automata will start as soon as the maintenance on September 1 concludes. The Story Event lasts until September 28, and there will be two parts of the Story, with the latter part unlocking on September 8.
