After the previous Alone Survivor Update, SHIFT UP prepares another major update to welcome the Christmas time of the year, Neverland, and there will be tons of new content, updates, and events to commemorate the festivities, ranging from two new Nikkes, Ludmilla: Winter Owner and Mica: Snow Buddy, a costume for Blanc, a limited-time Story Event, and multiple Recruit Vouchers for players to enjoy.
After several hours of maintenance, the Neverland Winter update will commence on December 7, 2023. Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is available on Windows, Android, and iOS.

Ludmilla: Winter Owner and Mica: Snow Buddy, the New Tetra Nikkes
The star of Goddess of Victory: NIKKE Neverland Winter update is the arrival of two new Tetra Nikkes, Ludmilla: Winter Owner, and Mica: Snow Buddy, who finally join the fray alongside their partners with new looks to combat the Raptures and reclaim the surface.
Ludmilla: Winter Owner’s weapon of choice is a Machine Gun, and she is very effective against enemies with exposed Cores. In addition, she deals significant damage when attacking the enemy’s Core and fires more bullets due to her fast reload speed. Meanwhile, Mica: Snow Buddy wields a Sub-Machine Gun, and she can dispel debuffs against her allies. That’s not all she can do, as Mica: Snow Buddy can also provide ATK and DEF buffs that are stackable, giving a steady stream of support throughout a battle.
Ludmilla: Winter Owner will greet the Commanders on Goddess of Victory: NIKKE from December 7 until December 28, 2023. As for Mica: Snow Buddy, she is available from December 14 until December 31, 2023. To obtain them, players can recruit them through Lobby → Recruit → Special Recruit.

Other Updates in the Neverland Winter Event
Apart from the main attractions of this update, Ludmilla: Winter Owner and Mica: Snow Buddy, the game will see many updates and benefits such as the Limited-Time Story Event, Neverland, tons of free Recruit Vouchers, and the return of both Solo Raid and Union Raid.
Hot springs have been discovered near the Northern Base. Under Andersen’s order, the squad heads over to the Northern Base to investigate. Little did they know, their journey led them to Ludmilla, the owner of the hot springs, who welcomes everyone warmly. Players can explore the Neverland map and participate in various activities. By searching the map, players can acquire Gems, development materials, and unexpected Lost Relics.
The event lasts from the end of December 7, 2023 maintenance to 4:59:59, December 28, 2023 (UTC+9).
Moreover, SHIFT UP will pair the Limited-Time Story Event with a 14-Day Login Event, where players can get Recruit Vouchers and development materials when they log in for 14 days straight. In addition to that, there will be a Bunny Lucky Pass where you can earn the Special Costume for Blanc, Blanc – White Rabbit after you purchase the Pass and gain levels through daily missions.
In addition to the contents above, players will face two toughest challenges in the game for this Christmas, Solo Raid and Union Raid. Solo Raid is a challenge where players mobilize squads to challenge the boss and obtain Harmony Cubes. Special Frames and Gems will be awarded according to the rankings. Solo Raid runs from December 8 until December 15.
Meanwhile, the Union Raid returns from December 22 until December 28, when players can mobilize parties and coordinate with their Union members to challenge the bosses and obtain Union Chips to exchange them for rewards.
Lastly, two Limited Characters from the previous Christmas event, Rupee: Winter Shopper and Anne: Miracle Fairy will return for a limited time and will be available for Recruit in the Limited-Time Recruitment, alongside Ludmilla: Winter Owner and Mica: Snow Buddy, with each character having a 0.5% drop chance in Ludmilla: Winter Owner and Mica: Snow Buddy’s banners.
