Joey Drew Studios is releasing another game. While we don’t know the exact day, Bendy: The Cage is coming out sometime this year in 2024. This will be a sequel to the ever popular series Bendy and the Ink Machine. Taking place at the same time as Bendy and the Dark Revival, this means that we could be revisiting events from a different perspective.
Once again, the protagonist is Henry Stein, the hero from the original game. The main hook for the plot according to the Steam page is that Henry is trying to escape from the Keeper prison known as “The Pit”. It’s described as a deep hellscape of metal and blood, and full of banished dark souls. You have to fight the madness before it devours you whole. This first person horror game is said to have new and different mechanics and features. Confirmed by Mike Mood, it will also be more of a psychological horror while containing better, new high level combat mechanics. theMeatly has also suggested that Sammy Lawrence will be playing a major role in this story. He’ll be “restored to his Chapter Two creepy glory.”
It’s clear while I’m working on it that #BendyTHECAGE has much darker tone than the other main #Bendy games. A more psychological horror feel. Some people may love it, others may not. But either way, it will be a unique experience.

In the teaser, Henry can be heard talking about what Audrey had done in Bendy and the Dark Revival. Asking the questions “How did we escape the pit? How did we get away?” This sets the mood for much darker visual tones the team had intended. This story untold will finally unfold.
The series clearly isn’t running out of steam as a movie was also announced the week before. Joey Drew Studios is working with Radar Pictures to create the film for Bendy to be on the big screen. With all these big projects coming up, there’s certainly more news to be heard.
