Resident Evil Re:Verse Trophy & Achievement Guide

This guide will help you get every Trophy & Achievement in Resident Evil Re:Verse. There are a few achievements you should focus on since the beginning, but the list is quite simple. The multiplayer game hasn't been out for too long so it's the best moment to join the fun!

Resident Evil ReVerse Trophy & Achievement Guide.

Resident Evil Re:Verse is an action multiplayer shooter game that mixes characters and scenarios from the Resident Evil universe. It is a very weird experience if you’re a fan of the series but it’s worth checking out if you bought any version of the highly acclaimed Resident Evil Village. That’s why I’ve made this Re:Verse Trophy & Achievement Guide for players who want that 100% despite the game having a very small and simple trophy list.

Resident Evil Re:Verse Trophy & Achievement Guide: Overview

  • Estimated Difficulty: 3/10, but highly skill dependent.
  • Estimated Time to Complete: 2 – 15 hours. Highly Skill Dependent.
  • Minimum Number of Playthroughs: 6 matches, but realistically you will play at least 20 to 80 matches depending on your skill.
  • Missable Trophies: None.
  • Difficulty Specific Trophies: No Difficulty modes available.
  • Collectible Trophies: No Collectibles available.
  • Online Trophies: All of them. You must have a stable internet connection in order to play the game.

Resident Evil Re:Verse is a multiplayer shooter with only one game mode. A very frenetic free-for-all match with a 5 minutes duration. It is quite simple: you earn points by killing other players and you lose them by dying. The player with most points at the end of the match wins. The first thing you should do is playing the Tutorial to understand the basic game mechanics. Then you can start focusing on winning a ranked match with each one of the 6 Human characters. The rest of the trophies should come naturally but below you have a small guide for each one in case you need help with them.

Raccoon City’s Survival Squad (Gold Trophy/125G)

Place first in a match once each as Chris, Jill, Leon, Claire, Ada, and Hunk.

This is probably the last achievement you will get and you should aim to get it since you start playing the game. As the trophy’s description suggests, you must place first in a match with each of the 6 original characters in the game. This may take one day, one week, or one month depending on your internet connection and how good you are at the game.

The best tip I can give you regarding this matter is to have patience. Take your time to understand how each Human character works and eventually you’ll be good enough with it to place first in a match. You can start with any character of your preference and switch to the next one once you win a match with the one you initially chose.

Take advantage of each character’s weapons and skills in order to get several points to place first in a match. Avoid running around in large open areas with several entrances where you’ll be vulnerable, it’s better to stick to the edges of the map until you find an enemy. You don’t want to be an easy target. Keep a cool head and don’t get greedy, take your time to attack and recover from previous combats. Each time you die, you lose points. You have to focus not only on getting a lot of kills but also on not dying too many times. Play carefully and don’t take too many risks.

You should also read my Resident Evil Re:Verse Human Characters Guide if you want to get this trophy easily. All characters will need a few attempts before mastering them, but that guide is going to make your life a lot easier.

Mmmonster Kill (Silver Trophy/100G)

Attain a kill streak of 5.

Killing 5 Humans and/or Creatures in a row sounds like a tough task for a beginner, but it actually isn’t. There is one crucial factor to achieve this and the answer is strategy. You don’t get any points for doing a lot of damage to an enemy. The last bullet or attack is the one that counts. You must make sure to secure the killing blow.

Also, kill streaks can be taken back if you kill the enemy that interrupted it. Killing 5 enemies in a row is a very easy task once you know the game’s mechanics, and you will inevitably get that many kills while attempting to place first in a match with every character for the previous trophy.

However, if you want a few tips about how to get lots of kills in the game, check the Knock ’em Dead Trophy/Achievement.

Knock ’em Dead (Silver Trophy/100G)

Get 10 kills in a single match.

Getting this amount of kills in one game is a pretty basic goal if you’re considering placing first in a match. Like I said in the Raccoon City’s Survival Squad trophy, you must focus on getting a lot of kills but also not dying too many times. It will be tempting to immediately join that crowd combat in the middle of the map as soon as you spawn, but it won’t be a smart move. Stick to the edges of the map, gather resources, patrol areas, and surprise enemies at tight corners using your skills and weapons wisely.

If you have a character that allows you to do so, attack from the distance. Make sure to take advantage of your 2 active skills and your passive skill. You must understand the character you’re playing as. You should also grab at least 2 Virus Capsules on each life if you want to transform into a powerful creature once you die and keep high chances to get several kills with it. Check the You’re Gonna Regret That Trophy/Achievement for more information regarding Virus Capsules.

You should also have a few powerful Coins with each character. Check the Hee-Hee-Hee Thank You! Trophy/Achievement for more information about RE Coins.

You’re Gonna Regret That (Bronze Trophy/75G)

Get a revenge kill as a creature twice in a single match.

Once you die as a Human, you become a Creature. Depending on the amount of Virus Capsules you picked up while you were a Human, you will transform into one Creature or another. The more Virus Capsules you grab during your Human life (up to 2 of them), the more powerful your transformation will be. Virus Capsules can be found on random spots around the map. You will recognize them if you see small tubes that contain a purple liquid inside them.

For this trophy, you must get 2 revenge kills in one match as a Creature. Revenge kills can be gotten by killing the enemy that killed you on your last life. Once you transform into a Creature, chase the character that killed you and take advantage of your skills and attacks to kill them too (that’s why you want a powerful Creature). Do this process twice in one match to obtain this trophy. This is one of the most basic mechanics in the game so you shouldn’t have trouble getting this achievement.

Also, if you need help understanding how each Creature works, check my Resident Evil Re:Verse Creatures Guide.

Virus Capsules also increase your firepower. Make sure to grab them before other players do!

I Only Like the Creatures (Bronze Trophy/75G)

Get killed as a human 5 times in a single match.

You will probably get this on your first match. You must simply die 5 times as a Human. I would suggest not even worrying about this achievement since it will inevitably come naturally unless you’re unexplainably good at the game. In any case, if you definitely want to get this by your own means simply start a match, run towards other players and let them kill you. Repeat the process and you will get the trophy once you get killed as a Human for the 5th time.

A Rising Challenger (Bronze Trophy/75G)

Reach level 10 on the BattlePass.

Like every other multiplayer game these days, there’s a BattlePass. The BattlePass allows you to get cosmetics and even a few upgrades for your characters if you complete a certain amount of challenges.

Challenges can be accessed through the main menu and you must complete their corresponding requirements in one or several matches, depending on the challenge. Once you complete them, you will be able to go back to the main menu and claim your rewards for doing so. Challenges give you EXP for your BattlePass, which makes you level it up.

Complete several challenges until you reach level 10 of the 30 available levels in the BattlePass and this achievement will be yours.

Challenges vary and are different for each player. They can also be refreshed using RP.

High Hopes for This One (Bronze Trophy/75G)

Complete the tutorial.

The game will ask you if you want to play the tutorial the first time you boot it up. You can still access it later through the extras section inside the main menu, but it’s recommended to play it as soon as you start the game for the first time. The tutorial will show you the basics of the game allowing you to try the controls and learn the game’s mechanics. In any case, once you finish the quick and easy tutorial you will get this trophy as a reward.

Newbie No More (Bronze Trophy/75G)

Raise your MMR to 1300.

Your MMR defines your skill as a player. You will start in 1000 and it’s up to you to raise it by getting enough points on each match. 1300 is actually not a difficult number to reach at all. If you’re planning to get all trophies, you will probably automatically raise your MMR to 1700 or so while you try to place first with each character.

However, the best approach to start raising your MMR is to focus on not being the worst player of the match. Try to get as many kills as you can and don’t let yourself get killed so easily. Give the other players a tough battle and your MMR will inevitably raise at the end of the match. You’re not required to win a match or even place in the top 3 to raise your MMR. As long as you get a couple of kills and you’re not the player with the least amount of points in the match, your MMR should always raise.

As soon as you raise your MMR to 1300 at the end of a match, you will unlock this trophy.

Officer in Training (Bronze Trophy/75G)

Place in the top 3 in a match set in R.P.D.

The Raccoon City Police Department from Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3 is the first of two available maps in the game. Check the Knock ’em Dead and Raccoon City’s Survival Squad Trophies in order to play correctly and win several matches.

A good piece of advice for this specific map is to try patrolling the upper floor of the main hall. Despite you’ll be in an open area, the high altitude will allow you to get easy kills and surprise the players that are running around the main hall without knowing you’re there. Also, you will always find plenty of resources up there. So it’s also a good spot too if you need to grab Herbs, Weapons, or Virus Capsules.

Mold Buster (Bronze Trophy/75G)

Place in the top 3 in a match set in the Baker House.

The Baker’s House from Resident Evil 7 is the second of two available maps in the game. Check the Knock ’em Dead and Raccoon City’s Survival Squad Trophies in order to play correctly and win several matches.

A good piece of advice for this specific map is to avoid the wide-open area in the middle as much as you can. You’re incredibly vulnerable in that zone, so it’s better to simply patrol the buildings you spawn in and gather plenty of different Special Weapons and Virus Capsules for when you find other players.

Finishing the Job (Bronze Trophy/75G)

Defeat another player with a creature’s finisher animation.

Finisher animations are special attacks most Creatures can perform on Human characters. Only the Hunter Gamma, Jack Baker, Nemesis, and the Super Tyrant can perform a finisher animation.

Finishers instantly kill any Human enemy if successful. Landing a finisher attack is a basic gameplay element if you want to get several kills. Most Creatures also have the ability to knock down Human players in order to perform a finisher more easily. But in case you need help understanding how each Creature’s finisher attack works, check my Resident Evil Re:Verse Creatures guide.

Once you successfully perform a special finisher animation on a Human character for the first time, you will unlock this trophy.

Jack Baker is one of the strongest Creatures in the game and also has a great finisher attack.

Hee-Hee-Hee Thank You! (Bronze Trophy/75G)

Spend 10,000 RP.

RP can be obtained by playing matches. The better you perform, the more amount of RP you get at the end of the match. You can use RP to buy RE Coins and cosmetics, but it’s best to spend it only on Coins to raise your chances to win more matches. You’re free to spend it only on cosmetics too if you wish to do so. You may not have the advantage against your enemies, but you will look really cool though!

You can buy Coins for your characters inside the Humans section on the main menu. Select any of the characters and you will be able to buy Coins that will apply upgrades to that specific character. Some Coins are character-specific but others are shared between characters. You can also buy Coins for your Creatures inside that same screen.

Recommended Human Coins:

  • Human HP Booster
  • Defensive Dodger
  • Main Weapon Damage Booster
  • Main Weapon Ammo Capacity

Recommended Creature Coins:

  • Creature HP Booster
  • Creature Damage Dampener
  • Creature Active Skill 2 Booster
You can use up to 4 Human Coins and 3 Creature Coins at the same time.
