Pokémon Sleep Recipe List How to Make Every DishPokémon Sleep is a mobile game of trying to get the best night’s sleep you can while making your Snorlax and Pokémon stronger. As the game tracks your sleep pattern, it lures in other Pokémon based on how well you slept. With over 100 Pokémon and their shiny form, you’re able to befriend and let them help you gather berries and ingredients to feed your Snorlax. As your Snorlax gets stronger, it will attract new Pokémon with different sleep types! This guide will help you discover and make all the dishes you’re able to make in the game to help make your Snorlax stronger. Each week, Snorlax’s favorite dish will change, it can be curry, salad, or desserts. So let’s get cooking!

In Pokémon Sleep, you gain the ability to choose each ingredient after you study 12 different sleep styles. Then, you can start manually picking each ingredient to make the various meals listed below. You start with the ability to toss 15 ingredients into the cooking pot and will gain the ability to add more once you discover enough sleep styles. Sometimes, the dish will turn out to be extra tasty, this will have an exclamation point over it, which doubles the dish’s strength and gives your Snorlax that much more of a boost to its level. 

As an added bonus, you can feed Snorlax three times a day; breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast is from 6 am to 12 pm, lunch is from 12 pm to 6 pm, and finally, dinner is from 6 pm to 6 am. You can easily miss giving Snorlax a meal, while it’s not terrible, it will hinder you from increasing their strength and possibly their level. I highly recommend to always use the max amount of ingredients, because using less will greatly reduce the dish strength. On Sundays, you’re able to double the amount of ingredients added to your pot to increase the strength of your Snorlax giving you an extra push to find new styles before finding a new Snorlax partner.

Curry Dishes

To help spice up your menu, the first list we’re going to cover is the curry dishes. Mostly, you’ll want to find fancy apples, bean sausages, honey, moomoo milk, fiery herbs, and snoozy tomatos to make the bulk of the curry and chowder recipes. They can be found with most basic Pokémon, so you’ll likely have a nice stock of them. The rarer ingredients are the greengrass corn, warming ginger, slowpoke tail, and large leeks. These ingredients may take longer to get, but are worth it to make high-strength curry dishes, like “inferno” corn keema, which currently has the highest base strength for the curry dishes. The slowpoke tail is especially valuable to make the grilled tail curry.

Salad Dishes

Next, comes the salad dishes. While they not quite as easy as the curry dishes, most still require at least two ingredients. It’s always a good idea to better plan what recipes you want to make or choosing from the ingredients is also a good place to start. However, much like the curry dishes, slowpoke tail and large leeks are incredibly valuable, but take much longer to get.

Dessert Dishes

Finally, we have the dessert and drinks. In terms of easiest to collect, you want to stock up on fancy apples, moomoo milk, and honey. These versatile ingredients are used in a lot of these recipes. The rarest ingredient to complete the recipe list is greengrass corn. It’s used in two dishes, explosion popcorn and teatime corn scones. Currently, the “Flower Gift” Macarons have the highest base strength for this category with it’s 77 ingredients required.

Dish Strength

Each dish has it’s own base power and is increased every time you make it. However, if you add more ingredients, the strength of the dish improves. Once you start, you’ll only be able to use a total of fifteen ingredients, and as you progress and discover more sleep styles you can use some the dream shards you collect to upgrade the pot you cook in. As a bonus, if you use a Good Camp Ticket for the week, you’ll be able to 50% more more ingredients to the pot each meal. On Sundays, with the special End-of-Week bonus, you’ll be able to further the total by another 50% of the base.
