Bandari Settlement, Activate a Plunder

Bandari is a settlement within the Harufu region. When you arrive at the settlement, activate a plunder. The top of the towers are the most critical damage points. Be sure to stave off reinforcement ships, don’t just focus on the buildings or you will surely feed the fish (sink and die). The Hunt for the Crown of Ukuta won’t continue unless you complete this stage.

Navigator’s Cross Outpost, Examine Shipwreck – This is pretty self explanatory. You find one of the shipwreck’s and search the shipwreck for the next clue. One way you’ll know you’ve found the right ship is by the prompt. The prompt will look different than the regular “Force Open” prompt for shipwrecks. Examine your findings to progress to the final clue.
