Where To Get End of the Line Bow
Sumeru’s End of the Line is a unique bow that you can only find in the Fishing Association, just like Inazuma’s The Catch. To find Sumeru’s Fishing Association, you must go to Port Osmos first.
Use the Teleport Waypoint atop the Ardravi Valley and make your way downwards to the northeast area. You will find Loumelat, the person of contact for fishing.
Here, you’ll find many things you can purchase. However, let’s focus on two things only: The Formula: Sugardew Bait, and the End of the Line.
Sugardew Bait.
The Sugardew Bait is crucial for fishing in Sumeru, so you must purchase it first. It needs 3 Medaka Fish, so you might need to stock up first if you’re short on them.
The End of the Line bow is Sumeru’s unique reward for fishing. It has a good Base ATK stat alongside Energy Recharge. The effect of this bow is quite decent, as it will lash out an AoE DMG after you use an Elemental Skill. Below is the full description of the bow:

Once you purchase the Sugardew Bait, head to a Crafting Bench so that you can begin creating baits for your fishing purposes. To create Sugardew Baits, you’ll need Harra Fruits and Sumeru Roses.
After you prepare sufficient baits, it’s time to head down to the fishing spots. Sumeru’s End of the Line needs 3 types of fish: Peach of the Deep Waves, Lazurite Axe Merlin, and Halcyon Jade Axe Merlin.

End of the Line’s Fishing Spots
There are 7 possible Fishing Spots where you can find the necessary fish for Sumeru’s End of the Line. Both Merlins can be found in all 7 spots, while the last fish, Peach of the Deep Weaves, can only be found in just one spot.
The First Four Fishing Spots
Fishing Spot Number 1 and 2 are pretty close to each other. You can find the first one in Sumeru City, by the docks. Here, you can find the Lazurite Axe Merlin.
Once you clear out all the fish on Spot Number 1, you can head to the next one, south of Sumeru City. It’s just across the Waverider Waypoint, so you can use a boat or Four-Leaf Sigils to head there.
After you manage to locate it, you can fish in this location where you’ll find Lazurite Axe Merlin and Halcyon Jade Axe Merlin.

For the next Fishing Spot, go to Vimara Village. The Fishing Spot is just right beside the Teleport Waypoint. Here, you will find Lazurite Axe Merlin and Halcyon Jade Axe Merlin.
Once you’re done, the next Fishing Spot is south of Vanarana. Again, you can find the Lazurite Axe Merlin and Halcyon Jade Axe Merlin in this spot.

The Last Three Fishing Spots
For the fifth Fishing Spot, you need to go to Port Osmos. It’s across the Sumeru Fishing Association vendor, so it’s quite easy to access this spot. You can fish Lazurite Axe Merlin and Halcyon Jade Axe Merlin here.
After you deplete the fish in Port Osmos’ spot, the next one will be in the Devantaka Mountain area. Use the northern Teleport Waypoint there to cut the traveling time.
This fishing spot is also part of the Call of the Nameless City achievement line, so you can kill two birds with one stone here. This spot only contains Halcyon Jade Axe Merlin.

Last but not least, the seventh Fishing Spot necessary to get the End of the Line Bow is located in Mawtiyima Forest. Once you teleport there using the western Teleport Waypoint, glide down to the northern direction where you’ll find the spot in a large flower.
This Fishing Spot contains all 3 fish that are needed for End of the Line: Peach of the Deep Waves, Lazurite Axe Merlin, and Halcyon Jade Axe Merlin.
The Seventh Fishing Spot.
End of the Line
Once you manage to collect enough fish (4x Peach of the Deep Waves, 16x Lazurite Axe Merlin, and 16x Halcyon Jade Axe Merlin), you can return to Loumelat to cash in your fish to exchange for the End of the Line Bow.
With that, you now have gained a decent bow to accompany your bow-type characters that need a large amount of Energy Recharge. Certainly not as good as The Catch, but this bow is still great for a free weapon, nonetheless.
