After her introduction in Act 1 of the Sumeru Archon Quest, Dehya the Flame Mane has finally become playable in Genshin Impact Version 3.5. Since her initial reveal, players have been eagerly awaiting this cool Eremite mercenary and the power she brings. She is style, she is grace and she will certainly break your face.

Dehya has one of the most interesting if divisive kits in all of Genshin Impact. She is incredibly flexible and can be used as a hybrid DPS, tank or support unit to great effect. However, that malleability makes her hard to build around and settle into typical team compositions: a jack-of-all-trades is a master of none, after all. Despite this, Dehya is still a great character and can be an excellent addition to your team. Knowing how to make the best Dehya Build will go a long.

Dehya General Information

Who is Dehya in Genshin Impact?

Dehya has been a character of great importance ever since we first met her in the first part of the Sumeru Archon Quest. She is a member of the Eremites, the mercenary group organisation of Sumeru, and has been tasked with guarding the heir to a powerful Sumeru family for some time. Dehya takes her duty deathly seriously and will see no harm come to those under her protection. 

in combat, her nature as a master of the battlefield takes shape in many forms. She is adept with both a Claymore and a Pyro Vision, although she will often cast the former aside to get close to her opponents. Dehya can also tank and defend her allies, taking on some of their damage as her own, before firing back with a series of fiery punches. Nothing can quell the flame of the Fiery Lioness.

How to Get Dehya 

Unlike most characters in Genshin Impact, Dehya is a special case for getting her on your team. 

For the first half of Version 3.5, Dehya will run alongside Cyno on the Unique Wish Banner. During this time, you can Wish on the Auric Blaze banner for a chance to obtain Dehya as the featured 5-Star unit. After her banner runs out, Dehya will become unobtainable. 

However, once we reach Version 3.6 Dehya will join the likes of Jean, Keqing, Qiqi and others in the Standard 5-Star pool. This means that you can obtain her on either the Standard Wish or when you lose 50/50 on the Unique Wish. This is similar to what happened with Tighnari when he was added to the game in the Version 3.0 update.

Dehya Ascension Materials and Costs

To increase Dehya’s Ascension Level and get her to level 90, you will need the following materials:

• Sand Grease Pupa (Sumeru Speciality)
• Agnidus Agate Gemstones (Pyro Elemental Gems)
• Faded Red Satin (Enemy Material)
• Light Guiding Tetrahedron (World Boss Material)

The Sand Grease Pupa is an item native to the Desert of Hadramaveth, the Northern Desert in Sumeru that was introduced in Version 3.4. They appear in the overworld as small grey husks that stick out of the sand. A large amount of them can be found near the Setekh Wenut World Boss, either scattered around the Wenut Tunnel or surrounding the perimeter of the boss arena. You’ll be asked for a total of 168 Sand Grease Pupa to get Dehya to the max. To make the process a bit easier, you can use Tighnari’s Encyclopedic Knowledge Passive to ping Sumeru specialities on the mini-map, or use the Teyvat Interactive Map for their exact locations.

A Provider for All

Next up is the Faded Red Satin. This is the common rarity drop from the Eremite enemies that you’ll find all over Sumeru. Whether it is a regular Eremite Mercenary or one of the tougher Eremite leaders, they all drop the same material. You can find a lot of them around the Deshret Desert or the Desert of Hadramaveth. Alternatively, open up your Adventurer’s Handbook to easily track them down. In total, you’ll need 18 Faded Red Satin, 30 Trimmed Red Silk and 36 Rich Red Brocade. 

The Light Guiding Tetrahedron is the world boss material belonging to the Algorithm of the Semi-Intransient Matrix of Overseer Network. This boss lurks in the pyramid to the South of the Deshret Desert and can be easily dispatched using Dendro and Electro to trigger Quicken and Aggravate Elemental Reactions. You’ll need to collect 46 Light Guiding Tetrahedrons to advance, which is at least 15 runs (or 600 Resin) if you get lucky with drops. 

Finally, we have the Elemental Gemstones. Every character in Genshin Impact needs a certain amount of Gemstones that match their Elemental affinity. Dehya, as a Pyro Vision holder, needs the Agnidus Agate variety of Gemstones. These can be acquired by completing Daily Commissions or by fighting (and claiming the rewards from) Pyro-aligned bosses such as the Pyro Regisvine or Hypostasis. Overall, you’ll be asked for:

• 1x Agnidus Agate Sliver
• 9x Agnidus Agate Fragment
• 9x Agnidus Agate Chunk
• 6x Agnidus Agate Gemstone

To top it all off, bring Dehya 420k Mora and 416 Hero’s Wit EXP Books (or their equivalent) to raise her to maximum Ascension Level.

Dehya Playstyle and Talent Overview

Since being leaked, Dehya’s kit and playstyle have become one of the most polarising and contentious topics in all of Genshin Impact. While trying to play multiple roles at once – DPS, tank and even healer – Dehya seems to fall short of many people’s expectations. Additionally, there are a lot of terminologies to contend with that can be confusing to understand or pin down, resulting in Dehya feeling a bit messy.

To sum up, Dehya is an off-field tank, Burst DPS hybrid character. Her main goal is to use her Elemental Skill to provide additional buffs to her team members while mitigating any damage they take during that time. Then, when she gets her Elemental Burst, you’re supposed to switch her in for some big hits as she heals back any damage she helped negate from her allies. After that, rinse and repeat. Dehya mainly scales off of ATK and HP.

This is the ideal way to run Dehya, but there are a lot more hurdles to get over before that part of her kit can shine. Knowing what the best Dehya build is or how she can fit into a team can take a bit of time to nail down. For those who put in the time and effort, though, you’ll get a super flexible Pyro character who can fulfil a lot of different roles to a high degree of success.

Dehya’s Normal Attack is Sandstorm Assault. This is a four-hit combo with her Claymore where she attacks the enemy relentlessly, before finishing with a powerful punch. Her Charged Attack is similar to Diluc or Eula as Dehya performs continuous slashes with her Claymore, and her Plunging Attack is the same as all other Claymore users. Aside from the flashy animations, there isn’t anything too special about Dehya’s Normal Attack.

Next up is Dehya’s Elemental Skill Molten Inferno. Upon cast, Dehya will cause a burst of Pyro AoE damage and create a Fiery Sanctum Field. If there is already another Fiery Sanctum Field present, Dehya will perform a leaping attack ahead of her current position, before creating a new Fiery Sanctum Field where she lands. 

The effects of the field itself are quite broad. When an opponent within the field takes DMG, the area will unleash a coordinated attack (similar to how Albedo’s Elemental Skill works) and deal AoE Pyro DMG based on Dehya ATK and max HP. Additionally, any ally characters within the field have resistance to interruption and, when characters other than Dehya take damage, a portion of that damage will be mitigated by an effect known as Redmane’s Blood. This damage will instead be transferred to Dehya.

Elemental Skill

Last up is Leonine Bite, Dehya’s Elemental Burst. When triggered, Dehya will unleash her burning anger and cast aside her inconvenient blade, entering the Blazing Lioness state. While in this state: 

• Dehya has increased resistance to interruption.
• She will automatically and continuously unleash Flame-Mane’s Fists, an attack which deals Pyro AoE DMG in front of Dehya based on her Max HP and ATK.
• Your Normal Attack and Elemental Skill are replaced with Roaring Barrage: pressing either of these buttons just after a Flame-Mane’s Fist attack goes off will increase the speed of the next attack.
• If there is a Fiery Sanctum Field currently active when Dehya takes on the Blazing Lioness state, it will be absorbed into Dehya and be redistributed once the state ends. 
• Once the Blazing Lioness state comes to a close, Dehya will jump into the air and unleash an Incineration Drive attack, dealing Pyro AoE DMG.

Dehya’s Passive Talents

The Sunlit Way is Dehya’s Ascension 1 Talent and is active as soon as you get here. This Talent increases the Movement SPD of your party members by 10% during the day time (06:00 to 18:00). The increased Movement SPD will not carry over into Domains, Trounce Domains or Spiral Abyss. While a nice bonus, you likely won’t be switching around the time of day to try and trigger this passive effect.

Next is Unstinting Succor. This is Dehya’s Ascension 2 Talent. After absorbing a Fiery Sanctum Field by using her Elemental Skill again or by entering the Blazing Lioness state, Dehya will take 60% less DMG for 6s when mitigating the damage of other team members using Redmane’s Blood. Additionally, she will grant all party members the Gold-Forged Form state after spawning a Fiery Sanctum Field for the first time, increasing their resistance to stun dramatically. 

This Talent is a bit complicated but in essence, it allows Dehya to tank better after absorbing a Fiery Sanctum Field. If a Fiery Sanctum is on the field when you enter her Elemental Burst, Dehya will take substantially less damage for 6s. Similarly, if you use her Elemental Skill while a Fiery Sanctum Field is already active, the same effect will occur. 

Finally, Stalwart and True is her Ascension 4 Talent. This Talent is what makes Dehya capable of tanking on her own. When Dehya’s HP falls below 40%, she will instantly recover 20% of max HP and will begin restoring 6% of her HP every 2 seconds for the next 10s.

Dehya Constellations

Like most characters, Constellations are very important to Dehya in Genshin Impact. Some may say that Dehya relies on her Constellations more so than some other characters do. Either way, it is undeniable that at least some of the Constellations will massively increase Dehya’s combat potential.

Dehya’s Constellation is the Mantichora: 

• The Flame Incandescent (C1): Dehya’s Max HP is increased by 20%, and she deals bonus DMG based on her Max HP when using the following attacks: Molten Inferno‘s DMG will be increased by 3.6% of her Max HP and Leonine Bite‘s DMG will be increased by 6% of her Max HP.
• The Sand-Blades Glittering (C2): When Dehya uses Molten Inferno: Ranging Flame, the duration of the recreated Fiery Sanctum field will be increased by 6s. Additionally, when a Fiery Sanctum exists on the field, DMG dealt by its next coordinated attack will be increased by 50% when the active character(s) within the Fiery Sanctum field is attacked.
• An Oath Abiding (C4): When Flame-Mane’s Fist and Incineration Drive attacks unleashed during Leonine Bite hit opponents, they will restore 1.5 Energy for Dehya and 2.5% of her Max HP. This effect can be triggered once every 0.2s.
• The Burning Claws Cleaving (C6): The CRIT Rate of Leonine Bite is increased by 10%. Additionally, after a Flame-Mane’s Fist attack hits an opponent and deals CRIT Hits during a single Blazing Lioness state, it will cause the CRIT DMG of Leonine Bite to increase by 15% for the rest of Blazing Lioness’s duration and extend that duration by 0.5s. This effect can be triggered every 0.2s. The duration can be extended for a maximum of 2s and CRIT DMG can be increased by a maximum of 60% this way.

Dehya’s C3 (A Rage Swift as Fire) and her C5 (The Alpha Unleashed) increase the level of her Elemental Burst and Elemental Skill by 3 Talent levels, respectively. Of particular focus is her C1, The Flame Incandescent, which will drastically increase Dehya’s max HP and her damage potential.

Talent Priority Order for Dehya

This next section will go over the order you should prioritise Dehya’s Talents. Increasing the Talent level of the associated Talent will increase the multipliers and modifiers of that skill. 

For Dehya, you need the following materials and resources:

• Teachings/Guides/Philosophies of Praxis (Sumeru Talent Books, available Wednesday/Saturday/Sunday)
• Faded Red Satin (Enemy Drop)
• Puppet Strings Weekly Boss Drop from the Scaramouche Puppet Challenge Battle.

Don’t Let Go

Molten Inferno

No matter which route your Dehya will be walking down – whether she is going to be a hybrid tank, pure burst DPS or something else – her Elemental Skill should be the highest priority investment. Molten Inferno is the foundation for a lot of Dehya’s strengths and it has so many unique interactions with various parts of her kit that it instantly becomes the most important Talent to level. 

To start, the ability to have bonus Pyro DMG on nearly every single attack is a massive boon to Vaporize or Melt compositions. Her Fiery Sanctum Fields essentially function as an Albedo Skill that can trigger reactions outside of Crystallize, instantly giving it good utility in a wide variety of compositions based around Pyro Reactions. The damage isn’t anything to scoff at, either, especially if you go all in on her HP. 

That isn’t even mentioning the Elemental Skill’s impact on Dehya’s tanking potential. Levelling up Molten Inferno directly increases how good of a tank Dehya can be by increasing how much damage she mitigates from her allies. If you plan on playing Dehya as intended, having her serve as a source of damage reduction is extremely vital and this skill is what will make that possible.

While Dehya’s kit may be flawed, Molten Inferno certainly has a lot of things going for it. From the ability to trigger Pyro Reactions off-field to the bonus damage it can provide and the potential to negate damage, Dehya’s Elemental Skill is certainly the best part of her kit and the one most worthy of your investment. 

Close and Personal

Leonine Bite

Dehya’s Elemental Skill is where the second half of her hybrid nature comes from. This is the main source of damage for Dehya and will be the main thing you invest in if you want her to pack a serious punch. The higher the level of the Talent, the more benefits Dehya will get from having high ATK and high HP, perfectly complimenting the rest of her kit.

However, it just isn’t as useful as her Elemental Skill. Leonine Bite does big damage uniquely, whereas Molten Flame provides an off-field source of Pyro similar to Albedo, good damage, the ability to mitigate damage and supports allies as a battery. The Burst is not bad, but when compared to the Elemental Skill, one comes out on top in terms of priority. 

Although, the disparity between the two shouldn’t be massive. Dehya’s Elemental Skill is there to support the entire team, sure, but it is also there to give backing to her Elemental Burst. Using the two together is great and the damage potential with the Burst isn’t anything to scoff at. Remember to level them both up, with a lower priority to the Elemental Burst (unless you plan on doing a pure DPS Dehya build).

There honestly isn’t much to say about Dehya’s Normal Attack. With how you are supposed to play Dehya, having her out on the field as a main DPS is going to be difficult and not gel with the rest of her kit. Additionally, when you are doing damage with her, it will be through her Burst which has its own set of modifiers and multipliers. 

While the animations on the Normal Attacks are very cool and satisfying, there isn’t much point in levelling them up or, at least, prioritising them over either of the other Talents Dehya has. Dehya’s damage comes from being a Burst DPS and her utility comes from being an off-field tank, both of which come into conflict with her potential role as a main DPS. As such, levelling up Dehya’s Sandstorm Assault isn’t of particular import, no matter the build. 

That being said, the multipliers on the Normal Attack are not bad and, as a Claymore user, Dehya will have some of the highest base damage from her attacks. As such, it is possible to build her as an always-on field damage unit (especially with her A2 Talent providing high uptime on her damage reduction) but the other routes you can take her to have a higher value in most compositions.

Best in Slot

Dehya’s Best in Slot Claymore is not only one of the strongest weapons for her, but for practically any Claymore user looking for a bit of a boost. That weapon happens to be the new Beacon of the Reed Sea.

The Beacon of the Reed Sea is a 5-Star Claymore that was introduced to Genshin Impact in Version 3.5 alongside Dehya. You can obtain it by pulling on the Weapon Event Wish Banner during the first half of Version 3.5, where it is sharing the Banner with Cyno’s BiS, Staff of the Scarlet Sands.

At level 90, this Claymore has a base ATK of 608 and a CRIT Rate substat of 33.1%, both very important stats for Dehya. Then we have the weapon skill, Desert Watch. Firstly, when not protected by a shield, the equipped character’s Max HP will be increased by 32%. Additionally, after the character’s Elemental Skill hits an opponent, their ATK will increase by 20% for 8s. And finally, if the character takes DMG, their attack will be increased by a further 20% for another 8s. The best part is that the last two effects on the weapon can be active at the same time, even when the character is no longer on the field.

This weapon is a significant boon to Dehya’s kit, giving it some much-needed unity. The base stats are a healthy increase for what she needs to function as a hybrid tank-DPS, and the bonus HP from not running a Shield is excellent at boosting every part of her kit – her damage potential, tanking potential and more. Furthermore, the actual skill on the weapon rewards you for playing Dehya correctly, giving her a massive boost to her damage when she soaks up damage. It incentivises you to allow hits through while Dehya is off-field, pumping up her ATK before sending her out, Elemental Burst firing on all cylinders. 

There isn’t a question that the Beacon of the Reed Sea is Dehya’s Best in Slot. It may end up becoming the best Claymore for a lot of other characters like Diluc or Eula, too, so consider picking it up (if you have the Primo to spare).

Replacement Options

But what if you don’t have the Beacon of the Reed Sea? Is your Dehya worthless without any other options? Nope! Dehya is versatile enough that she has plenty of different weapons that she can pick up and utilise.

Before we go any further, the main options we will be recommending are all 4-Star options. This is because they are far easier to obtain for the majority of players. However, it is worth noting that select 5-Star Claymores such as The Wolf’s Gravestone or the Skyward Pride are both great options for boosting Dehya’s damage potential. If you have either of these (or any other 5-Star Claymore) test them out before committing to a lower rarity option. 

With that out of the way, the best picks are the Luxurious Sea-Lord, Favonius Greatsword and the Akuomaru. 

Wolf’s Gravestone

First is the Luxurious Sea–Lord. This infamous Claymore is just a massive fish being used as Sword that you could have obtained from the Moonlight Merriment Event some time back. It has a base ATK of 454 and an additional ATK substat of 55%. Oceanic Victory increases the damage of the wielder’s Elemental Burst by 12% and, when that Burst hits an enemy, it will spawn a titanic tuna that charges the enemy for 100% of ATK as AoE DMG. This weapon, while silly, is a great increase to Dehya’s damage as her Elemental Burst is where it will mostly come from. Consider picking this up if a DPS Dehya is going to be your focus. 

Next is the Favonius Greatsword. This weapon is part of the Favonius line of weapons that be acquired by Wishing on any of the available Banners. The Greatsword has 454 ATK and 61% Energy Recharge with the weapon skill Windfall. When landing a CRIT hit, you have a 60% chance to generate a small amount of Elemental Particles which will regenerate 6 Energy for the party. This weapon can add another card to Dehya’s deck, turning her into a tank/support/DPS hybrid that can also serve as an effective battery for your more effective DPS party members. Choose the Favonius if you plan on having Dehya be a supporting character in your team.

Finally, we have the Akuomaru, another weapon you can acquire from Wishing. It has a base ATK of 510 and an additional 41% ATK substat. Akuomaru’s weapon skill is Watatsumi Wavemaker and it increases the user’s Elemental Burst DMG by 0.12% for every point of Energy the party has. This is a bit of a strange effect but it works for Dehya as she will only be coming out to do her Burst once other characters are on cooldown. While it may be a little tricky to get around at first, the bonus Burst damage and additional ATK are sure to make Dehya much better for damage.

Luxurious Sea-Lord

Best Artifacts

There are a few options you could take her in terms of artifacts depending on whether you want to play her as a hybrid character or as a pure DPS. They all mainly boost one or multiple useful stats that Dehya will need to either tank, DPS or support her team effectively, so pick and choose depending on what you feel your Dehya needs more of. 

First up is a full 4-Piece Crimson Witch of Flame set. This set is good on any Pyro character and, for Dehya in particular, it will increase her damage directly as well as improve her viability in teams revolving around Reactions. With a complete 4-Piece set, Dehya will have the benefit of a 15% Pyro DMG Bonus (2 pieces) and a substantial increase to all of her Pyro Reactions. This includes a 40% damage increase to Overload, Burgeon and Burning and a 15% increase to Melt and Vaporize. Another thing is that, while you have 4-Pieces, activating your Elemental Burst will boost the passive 15% Pyro DMG Bonus up to a grand 50% Pyro DMG Bonus for 10s instead, which can stack up to 3 times for a total of 150% Pyro DMG Bonus. 

The next set is a hybrid set utilising 2-Piece Crimson Witch alongside either 2-Piece Tenacity of the Millelith or 2-Piece Gladiator’s Finale. The first part of the equation remains the same as the above-mentioned set, with a nice 15% Pyro DMG Bonus which is sure to aid Dehya greatly. Then, depending on what you feel Dehya is missing, you can choose either an extra 18% ATK (2-Piece Gladiators) or an extra 20% HP (2-Piece Millelith). The choice is mostly up to you, but do know that ATK plays a larger part in Dehya’s direct damage output, whereas HP plays more into her role as a tank. 

Out of these artifact sets, 4-Piece Crimson Witch is likely going to be stronger in an optimised composition with a damage Dehya build. The massive bonus to Pyro DMG from just using your Skill is absurd, as is the additional Reaction damage if you build a team that can utilise some of Pyro’s more effective Reactions (namely Melt and Vaporize). However, if you plan on running Dehya in more creative compositions that don’t rely on the use of Reactions, definitely go with a hybrid set as it will increase her potential without anchoring her to a specific element or style of play. 

Best Main and Substats for Dehya

Here are the main stats that you’ll be looking to acquire on Dehya’s artifacts. These will most likely transcend between builds, no matter which Dehya build you’re running:

• Hourglass: ATK% (or HP%)
• Goblet: Pyro DMG Bonus
• Circlet: CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG

In tandem with that, here are the recommended substats that you should be looking for: 

• ATK
• HP
• CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG

Just Another Day

While it is undeniable that both HP and ATK are an important part of Dehya’s identity, you will want to lean more towards investing in ATK if you want to see Dehya deal some real damage. Most of her hardest-hitting attacks (in particular her Burst) scale mainly off of ATK with some nice bonuses from her Max HP. As such, jacking that ATK stat as high as it can go will be the main differentiator between a Dehya that can sweep through fields of enemies and one that cannot.

That isn’t to undercut HP’s importance, though. Whereas having a high ATK is important to help Dehya deal more damage, having a high Max HP is important for a variety of reasons. Not only does it contribute to that high damage we were just speaking about, but it also aids in her tanking abilities. The amount of damage she can negate using her Elemental Skill directly scales off of 200% of her Max HP. This stat is extremely important you should not discount it.

Lastly, we have either of the CRIT stats. Choosing which stat to focus on mainly comes down to what weapons and team compositions you’re putting Dehya in: for example, you’ll likely focus more on CRIT DMG if you are lucky enough to get the Beacon of the Reed Sea. However, no matter what you pick, having high CRIT will significantly increase Dehya’s ability to deal good damage at a consistent level. Considering that her Burst is her highest source of damage, try and get at least over 50% CRIT Rate with some significant investment into CRIT DMG to watch those Jojo punches skyrocket in damage potential.

Best Dehya Team Compositions

Hybrid Vaporize Team

This team compositions consist of Dehya, Candace, Kokomi/Mona and Xiangling/Bennett. 

For this team, Dehya will be playing the hybrid role: she will tank hits for other characters, provide a good source of Pyro using her Skill and serve as a backup DPS with Burst. While this team lacks one definitive main DPS, it does have several characters who can do crazy damage together and work well with Dehya to bring out her best qualities.

Candace may seem like an odd choice in this composition, but there is a good reason. Thanks to her Elemental Skill, Candace can block substantial damage while dealing a great amount of Hydro DMG back. When paired with Dehya, this gives you two defensive characters that can tank for the squishier members of your team: Dehya will be providing passive negation from her skill, whereas Candace is more direct mitigation in a moment of crisis. Additionally, the Vaporize damage from Dehya’s Fiery Sanctum Field alongside Candace’s Skill can do some really impressive numbers on a relatively low cooldown. 

The final set of characters comes in pairs based on what they each provide to the team. Kokomi and Xiangling are a more consistent source of healing and Pyro, whereas Mona and Bennett are much more about buffing Dehya and Candace’s damage to the maximum. Your choice of unit largely depends on personal preference. No matter which path you take, you’ll benefit from the Hydro and Pyro Elemental Resonance, giving the entire team 20% bonus HP and 20% additional ATK: this is not only great for Dehya, but for other characters like Candace, Bennett and Kokomi as well. 

Hybrid Dehya Team

Dendro DPS Team

This team compositions consist of Dehya, Mona, Yaoyao and Nahida.

This team takes a slightly different approach, using some lesser-used Reactions like Burgeon and Burning to deal good damage with Dehya at the head. Here, Dehya will mainly serve as the team’s main DPS, dealing good damage with her Burst and Skill while taking advantage of the many buffs provided by Mona and Nahida. For Reactions, Burning and Vape are easier to pull off in general combat with her Skill, whereas her Burst is good for triggering Burgeon on large clusters of Dendro Cores.

Speaking of, Mona is here as a source of Hydro for Bloom and Dendro Cores. Alongside that, her Elemental Skill is a great debuff that will substantially increase Dehya’s Elemental Burst DMG. Vaporize with Mona’s damage debuff spells carnage for any enemy unlucky enough to get in the way. 

Then we have our two Dendro characters, Yaoyao and Nahida. The former is here to make sure we stay alive with a good source of healing (while not encroaching on Dehya’s tanking role). She can also double as a great source of Dendro with Yuegui constantly spewing White Radishes all over the arena, perfect for a lot of Burgeon or Burning Reactions. Meanwhile, Nahida is an incredible source of consistent Dendro damage thanks to her Skill, allowing this team to have near-constant uptime on their Dendro Elemental Reactions. 

The team will also benefit from the Dendro Resonance bonus by having Yaoyao and Nahida present in the same team. This improves the entire team’s Elemental Mastery and increases the potency of Dendro Reactions. You can combine this with 4-Piece Crimson Witch on Dehya to devastating effects.  

Dendro Dehya Team

Free-to-Play Team

This team compositions consist of Dehya, Collei, Traveller (Dendro) and Barbara. Aside from Dehya, you can earn all of the other characters for free. 

The premise of this team is similar to the Dendro DPS Team above. A free-to-play team that focuses on Burgeon, Bloom and a bit of Vaporize. Dehya will be serving as the primary DPS, leading the charge with her Elemental Skill and Burst. Her damage mitigation will keep weaker characters like Collei and Traveller in good health, and her Burst will interact with the Hydro and Dendro on the field to do some impressive damage.

Next up are Collei and Dendro Traveller. They both serve a similar role in this team as good sources of Dendor with high uptime. Collei and Traveller’s Elemental Skills and Bursts both work well with Dehya’s Skill to spawn a lot of Burning Reactions, and they also pair well with Barbara to generate a lot of Dendro Cores.

Lastly, Barbara is here as our safety net and source of Hydro. As a Catalyst, she can instantly generate Dendro Cores by hitting any enemy affected by Dendro (which will be very easy to do in this team). Her Skill and Burst both serve as good ways to heal the team should the fight get a bit too hectic, while also giving Dehya a source of Hydro for Vaporize as she plays out her Elemental Burst.
