The Jade Lotus Gourd is an epic gourd known for its unique effects. Each sip recovers a substantial amount of health for both yourself and any nearby copies if you are using A Pluck of Many. This feature enables you to heal yourself and your copies simultaneously, based on your Drink choice. Additionally, the gourd starts with 6 uses by default before you upgrade it at the Shen Monkey.

Fiery Gourd
This gourd in Black Myth: Wukong, provides immunity to Chill and boosts Maximum Stamina for a short period. To obtain the Fiery Gourd, head to the Valley of Ecstasy and locate it near the Mindfulness Cliff Shrine. You’ll receive this gourd as a reward for defeating the Scorpionlord boss, located in the Secret Area: Purple Cloud Mountain. To reach the boss, progress through the area until you arrive at the Bounds of Deity’s Abode Shrine. From the shrine, head right and look for a Scorpion on the rooftop drinking. Approach and talk to him, but to initiate the boss fight, you must destroy the nearby kegs. This action will provoke him, leading to a boss battle. Defeat the Scorpionlord, and the gourd will be yours.

Xiang River Goddess Gourd
The Xiang River Goddess Gourd is a legendary item that can be used up to 8 times. It provides moderate burn resistance and grants temporary immunity to lava-covered surfaces when consumed.

You can find the Xiang River Goddess Gourd only after advancing to Chapter 4. Once you’ve defeated several bosses in this chapter, you’ll gain access to the Webbed Hollow area. The Verdure Bridge Keeper’s Shrine is located there.
Continue forward and cross the wooden bridge, then take the path to your left. After a short distance, you’ll come across two lanterns that seem to speak on their own. Approaching these lanterns will trigger a cutscene featuring one of the Sisters. Inside the cave, there would be four wooden crates. The Gourd is inside one of them.

- Buddha’s Left Hand: You can obtain Buddha’s Left Hand by defeating the Baw-Li-Guhh-Baw boss, located near the Lower Hollow Shrine in the Webbed Hollow. From the Shrine, enter the tunnel on the left. Look closely at the left wall to find a small crack you can squeeze through, which leads to a Meditation Spot. In this room, proceed through the left corridor to encounter the boss.

The Qing-Tian Gourd is a Legendary item that slows down the recovery time of Gourd use while increasing the effectiveness of other Gourds. This gourd slowly recovers its uses over time, allowing you to regain its charges gradually rather than instantly, which helps you maintain its benefits throughout extended encounters.

To obtain the Qing-Tian Gourd, you must first complete the entire game and unlock all portraits. This step is crucial because the option to purchase the Qing-Tian Gourd will not appear until you’ve achieved this. Once you’ve unlocked all portraits, start a New Game Plus (NG+) playthrough. In NG+, locate Shen Monkey, the gourd upgrade specialist. With all portraits unlocked, Shen Monkey will now offer the Qing-Tian Gourd for sale. Purchase it from him to add this rare gourd to your collection. Acquiring the Qing-Tian Gourd will earn you the highly sought-after Gourds Gathered Achievement.
