All Reverie (Dreamscape) Treasure Chest Locations in Honkai: Star Rail

Gathering the treasure chests in the Reverie (Dreamscape) will involve a lot of footwork to discover all the nooks and crannies of this map. But in this guide, we’ll cover both Hanu’s Adventure missions, Warp Trotter locations, and the trick 3D rooms to make completing this area an easy, breezy task with the least amount of frustration at the end.

All Reverie (Dreamscape) Treasure Chest Locations in Honkai Star Rail

Return to the Reverie for the last few treasure chests in Honkai: Star Rail’s Penacony, where nothing in this Dreamscape remains the same. What once had started as a mirrored land of dreams and wonder has now become a hellish nightmare of Penacony’s own making. Roam the halls, the walls, and even the ceiling to uncover the last of the secrets that Penacony’s maps have to offer—all while avoiding the hotel now teeming with enemies.

The Reverie (Dreamscape) can only be unlocked by completing the entirety of Penacony’s Trailblazer Quest, The Sound and the Fury. Without completing this quest in full, there will be many places that are not yet accessible to players. Between the many rooms that break out into a 3D map, the blocked passageways, and the new Dreamwalk mechanic that requires the Trailblazer to climb the walls, you’ll have a heck of a time trying to locate all of these treasure chests. But with this guide at hand, dive into the best way to unlock all of those pesky locked hallways to find each and every chest.

All The Reverie (Dreamscape) Treasure Chest Map Locations in Honkai: Star Rail

The Sound and Fury Quest starts the player out on the third floor within their room as they transition into Reverie’s Dreamscape, but the best way to get all of the treasure chests on the map is to start on the first floor. Many areas are locked on the west side of the hotel and can only be unlocked by taking the elevators on F1 so by exploring the first floor of the hotel, players can have a much easier time coming back later once all the doors are unlocked.

All Treasure Chest Map Locations on F1 or the Ground Floor in the Reverie (Dreamscape)

Treasure Chest 1

  1. Teleport to the Dreamscape Lobby Space Anchor
  2. Turning right or facing north, the first chest will be on the right side of the elevator

Treasure Chest 2

  1. From the Dreamscape Lobby Space Anchor, head through the lobby to the front desk
  2. Take a left into the waiting area and pass through to go down the stairs
  3. Once at the area where spheroid transportation is located, take another left into the curve of the lower walking area
  4. The next chest should be beside a standing advertisement in front of a plant bed

Warp Trotter 1

  1. From chest 2, head back to the front desk in the lobby and turn left/west to continue down the only path in F1.
  2. Pass the elevator and turn right
  3. Continue down the hall till you reach the double doors and take them to the next hall
  4. The path will lead down a short hallway and a path to the right where the Warp Trotter will be patrolling
  5. To avoid it running, either use Seele to hide with her skill or Topaz since Numby will distract the Trotter. A ranged character who is quick to attack is also useful. Warp Trotters are weak to Physical, Quantum, and Imaginary so plan your team carefully.

Treasure Chest 3

  1. After taking the sole path from the Warp Trotter or the Lobby Dreamscape Space Anchor, head down the hall until you reach the next open room
  2. Inside will be two enemies in the first part of the room
  3. The left side of the room will have tables and chairs set out in a resting area with a chest outside of a blocked door

Treasure Chest 4

  1. Teleport to the Monitoring Room Space Anchor
  2. There will be a door near the Space Anchor you cannot unlock so head to the door on the north side to pass through to the next area
  3. At the end of the hallway are the elevators that will take you to the bar and lounge area
  4. Take the elevator to F2, the next chest is across from where the elevators are located

Treasure Chests 5 and 6 from Hanu’s Adventure on F2 of the Reverie (Dreamscape)

The only other area you need to clear for treasure chests on F2 of the Reverie (Dreamscape) is a tucked-away resting area just north of one of the VIP Lounge Areas. To get there, take the VIP Lounge Corridor Space Anchor and head down the right path/west to enter a room with a descending staircase. Take the stairs to the floor below to begin the first of the missions you’ll complete for Hanu in the Reverie (Dreamscape).

Take an immediate right once you reach the lower floor and transform into Hanu. The first chest in this area is located on top of one of the bookshelves. It can be easily accessed by taking the Rocket Teleport located at the end of one of the bookshelves as indicated in the image below. There’s a vase up top so enter the Investigate prompt to drop the vase on top of the enemy, that way you can easily get to the chest without getting attacked.

The enemies aren’t much of a threat in this domain so with the TV enemy knocked out and down for the count, the only one you need to watch out for is the Flying enemy patrolling the other side of the room. Wait for them to start flying away from the west side, the section of the room with a tucked away bookshelf and an evident treasure just out of reach, and head for the gap to pass through safely.

All Treasure Chest Map Locations on F3 in the Reverie (Dreamscape)

The next area will require you to return to the bar and lounge to knock out the treasure chests on F3 of the Reverie (Dreamscape). If you haven’t before, now is the best time to begin unlocking doors and previously blocked areas. The first of which is down the flight of stairs from the Dreamjolt Hostelry Space Anchor, back where the elevators are located, and where you find Chest 4. This will open up an easier path to the dining area on F2.

Next, check out the doorway just south of the Dreamjolt Hostelry Space Anchor that will open the door to one of the dining areas with musical instrument displays. The other is down the hallway, directly across from the same Space Anchor. You should descend several flights of stairs and a Lordly Trashcan location to reach a red door that will unlock into a kitchen area on F2.

Treasure Chest 7

  1. Teleport to Dreamjolt Hostelry Space Anchor, take the left pathway heading south into the bar area
  2. Along the wall where tables, chairs, and folding walls are set up, there is a chest past the first pair of seating arrangements

Treasure Chest 8

  1. From the Dream Jolt Hostelry Space Anchor, if you take a right up to the small lounge area, there is a chest in between two roped-off areas by a plant bed

Treasure Chest 9

  1. From the Dream Jolt Hostelry Space Anchor, head to the southern hallway in the bar and lounge area
  2. Pass through both doors, one of which should now be unlocked into a stairwell
  3. Be careful of the enemy right outside the door and head down the staircase to the very bottom
  4. Take a left at the last staircase and there will be a chest in the alcove underneath the stairway

From here, the following map will cover the first of the 3D spaces on F3. The dining room in the northwestern section of F3 is simple enough and is a stand-alone section in the Reverie Dreamscape to gain chests. Other maps you’ll come across later will begin to link you to random places around the Reverie, but for now, these are all the chests you can find in the dining area.

Treasure Chest 10

  1. From any entrance within the space, first spot the collection of instruments on the bottom floor. In one corner should display a cello and a saxophone; in the other, there will be a trumpet and a drumset.
  2. Head for the corner where the trumpet and drumset are displayed
  3. Facing the instruments should be a chest against one of the pillars in the room

Treasure Chest 11

  1. Collect the charge from the sole Bubble Tower on the ground floor, it’ll be next to the cello and the saxophone displayed in the corner
  2. Create a bridge along the Convergence of bubbles along the eastern wall, this should lead you to a wall that opens up with several Dragon Balloons and another Bubble Tower
  3. Refresh your charges at the Bubble Tower and head for the furthest doorway that does not connect with the floor
  4. Behind the mantle of the floating doorway will be your next chest

Treasure Chest 12

  1. Now that you have three charges, create a bridge to take you back to the ground floor
  2. Head for the Bubble Tower next to the instruments and refresh your charges
  3. Create a new bridge at the Convergence next to the cello and saxophone display
  4. Take a left and head for the furthest wall perpendicular to the previous bridge
  5. Create a new bridge at the Convergence located on the other side of the wall
  6. You should now be on the wall on the west side of the room, head along the wall to the next Convergence of Bubbles, pass the two enemies pacing above the doorway
  7. This next bridge will take you along the ceiling where one of the paths will lead you to a Bountiful Treasure Chest

Treasure Chest 13

  1. Teleport to the VIP Lounge Corridor Space Anchor
  2. Take the right path or the path leading west and pass through the room where Hanu’s Adventure is located either taking the stairs or the pathways with enemies to reach the door on the other side of the room
  3. Once past the double doors, head to the next door but turn right without going into the next room
  4. The chest will be in the hallway just before the Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Nectar room

OR

  1. Teleport to the Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Nectar Teleport and exit the menu prompting you to fight it
  2. Exit the room through the double doors and turn left to spot the chest in the hallway

Treasure Chest 14

  1. Teleport to the VIP Lounge Corridor Space Anchor and head south into a large room
  2. Bypass the enemies to head up the stairs on the right side of the room
  3. Take another right to the balcony overlooking the room where the next chest will be next to a table and a couple of chairs

Treasure Chest 15

  1. Teleport to the Calyx (Crimson): Bud of Harmony and exit the menu prompt
  2. Look around the nearby elevator where a chest will be along the railing just to the south of the elevator

The next 3D map will be the library in the southwest section of the map for F3. This area can be reached by taking the VIP Lounge Corridor Space Anchor and taking the left path/south to the VIP Lounge. Cross the room to the other side of the room where the double doors should lead you to the library. Or you can teleport to the Harmony Calyx (Crimson) and after passing through the hall and turning left to enter the VIP Lounge, the library entrance will be on the left side of the room.

Treasure Chest 16

  1. Collect the charges at the Bubble Tower and take a left to create a bridge out of the convergence along the wall
  2. Cross over the wall to access the lower floor of the library, create another bridge out of the convergence connecting the wall to the floor
  3. Past the enemies, there is a Bubble Tower to your right where you can refill your charges
  4. From the Bubble Tower take a right/west to create a bridge to the opposite wall of where you arrived
  5. You can either sneak past or defeat all the enemies along this wall but the path will lead you up toward the ceiling and then to the back end of the room
  6. Create a bridge to be able to walk along the back wall and head towards the center
  7. The chest will be in the center of the wall next to a Bubble Tower

Treasure Chest 17

  1. Once chest 16 is collected, refill your charges at the Bubble Tower and head right from there
  2. To the opposing wall from where you came, there will be a stray path where the next chest is past the painting in the corner of some bookshelves

Treasure Chest 18

  1. From chest 17, return to the back wall and use your spare charge to create another bridge to return to the floor of the library
  2. Unlock the bridge now that you’re on the other side of the room if you hadn’t before and cross over
  3. Refill your charges at the original Bubble Tower and head left up the stairs
  4. Create a bridge out of the convergence on that upper level and you’ll reach a tucked-away subsection with a chest around the corner

Warp Trotter 2

  1. Teleport to the Dreamscape Lobby on F1 and take the elevator up to F3
  2. Once you exit the elevator doors, the Warp Trotter is sitting outside the elevator so be sure to bring along a team that is ready to encounter it.

Treasure Chest 19

  1. From the Warp Trotter, head up north past the two enemies where the next chest will be at the end of the pathway. Now on the other side, be sure to unlock this door for easier access.

Treasure Chest 20

  1. Teleport to the Platinum Guest Room Space Anchor and exit the room
  2. Take a right and head to the end of the hall
  3. The chest will be on the player’s left as the hallway ends

Treasure Chest 21

  1. Either from Chest 20 or by taking the Platinum Guest Room Space Anchor and exiting the room, head south down the hall to the main room
  2. Take the stairs down to the bottom floor of the lounge room and take an immediate left
  3. The next chest will be right beside the stairs in front of a plant bed

These next two areas will be two separate 3D maps, one of which is a dining room that you can access by taking the stairs back up from the lounge room and continuing down the hall south to where the room is located. The second area is a Dreamscape you can access from the bottom floor of the lounge area, but more on that later. First, here are all of the chests from the dining room area.

Treasure Chest 22

  1. Collect your charges from the Bubble Tower in the center of the room
  2. Head to the left side of the room to create a bridge to the wall
  3. Cross the wall to the other Convergence on the other side that will connect the wall to the ceiling
  4. Take a right to reach the other side of the dining room where the chest will be floating at the end of the table

Treasure Chest 23

  1. From chest 22, there is a pair of double doors on the ceiling that will take you down a hall where a Bubble Tower is located
  2. Refill your charges and continue down the hall
  3. There are two Convergences you come across, create bridges out of both to return to the floor
  4. Take a left up the stairs where you can unlock the doorway and collect the Bountiful Treasure for completing this area

Treasure Chest 24

  1. Head back down the stairs and to the double doors. The hallway should break out into three branching pathways
  2. Take the left path or the path due east and continue down the hall
  3. The next chest will be at the end beside the Cavern of Corrosion: Path of Dreamdive

To access the last of the Dreamscapes that yield treasure chests, you’ll now have to return to the previous VIP Lounge. You can either do this by going back through the previous Dining Room or instead teleport to the Platinum Guest Room Space Anchor. You’ll head south into the VIP Lounge and down the stairs to the bottom floor where you’ll instead take the left hallway pointed south. This hallway is very short and doesn’t end in a room, but a painting.

Treasure Chest 25

  1. Pass through the painting to enter another path in the Dreamscape
  2. Head down the short path where there will be a chest in the corner. Then continue up the stairs and pass through another painting toward the last Dreamscape

Treasure Chests 26 from Hanu’s Adventure on F3 of the Reverie (Dreamscape)

The last of the treasure chests in this dining area with the lamp centerpiece can only be retrieved through another mission with Hanu. There’s a television on the left side of the stairwell that will allow you to transform into the mighty form of Hanu. Be careful since this area will now be littered with enemies, but as long as you stick to the stairs, you can bypass the enemies to the Rocket Teleport just past the staircase and the Bubble Tower.

This will take you to an all-new area with more enemies, boxes to hide in, and a Treasure Chest that needs to be retrieved from Boss Stone. There are two ways to get to the proper Rocket Teleport, the one I’ll be covering was the easiest for me to get to the chest. Use the television within the room to momentarily transform into a full person again so you can destroy the balloons blocking your path.

Then, you’re going to want to head to the right path which is a straight shot down the hall to the Rocket Teleport, only it’s being patrolled by an enemy flying back and forth. Two boxes in the hall will allow you to hide for a moment, just in time to get between all of the enemies in the room. The best path forward is to hide in the box when the flying enemy is furthest away from you or flying away from you. Once the bat-like creature flies back down the path you came from, exit the box and hide in the second box between the two patrolling TV enemies.

Stay vigilant of where the TV enemies are and only move out once both the Flying Enemy and the TVs are in the midst of their rotation. With the bat flying away and just as the second TV turns around, exit the box and make a beeline for the Rocket Teleport. This will take you to the top of shelves where you’ll be safe to collect both the Treasure from Boss Stone and the Origami Bird hiding there

Now to access the Dreamscape. Return to the lounge area and take the stairs down to the ground floor. Head for the double doors on the left side of the room where two enemies will sit guarding it. After you walk along the hallway, there is a painting at the end that will take you into a separate space. After taking this short path, go up the stairs to the next painting and head to the final room.

Treasure Chest 27

  1. Take a left up the stairs and pass through the second painting. Players should be in another dining area with a giant lamp in the center
  2. Take the stairs down to the ground floor and take an immediate right where a Bubble Tower is located
  3. Collect your charges and head to the opposite side of the room to a Convergence in the corner
  4. Once on the wall, take a right and loop back around past the enemies up a flight of stairs
  5. You should be able to access the other side of the door and can now unlock it for easier access
  6. After descending the stairs, the chest will be in the corner between the stairs and the ceiling

Treasure Chest 28

  1. From chest 27, you should still have a charge to create a bridge from the convergence connecting the walls
  2. Cross over to the next wall where a Bubble tower will be located to increase your charges
  3. Just past the Bubble Tower are two enemies and a chest on the right

Treasure Chest 29

  1. Refill your charges and recreate the bridge to take you back to the wall you came from
  2. Pass through the double doors on the right and return to the ground floor with another bridge
  3. Now that you have three charges, return to the Bubble Tower by the stairs and refill them
  4. Head for the Bubble Convergence on the other side of the room. It should lead up to locked double doors and a descending staircase
  5. Create a bridge and head up the wall
  6. Take a left down the stairs and create another bridge from the convergence. Loop around the space to create a third bridge to take you to the other side of the doorway.
  7. Unlock the other side of the door and return to the floor. You’ll need all your charges back from the Bubble Tower
  8. Return to the doorway after creating a bridge back up the wall and take the bridge to the ceiling
  9. Descend the stairs and take a left to recharge at the Bubble Tower. Then continue right where the Convergence will bridge the way to a Precious Treasure for completing this area.

The Reverie (Dreamscape), while very beautiful and full of amazing sites, is one of the most convoluted maps that require a lot of exploration on the player’s part. All in good fun from a player’s point of view, but heck for a guide writer! Many areas are hidden away, places you’ve yet to unlock if you’ve only played the main story and then some. As the biggest map in Penacony, this should come as no surprise, but hopefully, you’ve enjoyed uncovering all the treasure chests littered around this beautiful hotel. If you haven’t already, check out the other treasure chest map locations in Penacony by visiting the sites below.
