12 Stone Circle Locations in Assassin’s Creed Origins

12 Stone Circle Locations in Assassin’s Creed Origins

Assassin’s Creed Origins includes 12 stone circle locations you need to find to complete the “Bayek’s Promise” quest. Finding each stone circle reveals memories of Bayek’s conversions with Khemu. Then you’ll need to align each stone circle with its star constellation. Completing this quest will give you 3,000 XP points (plus more for discovering locations) and enable you to find the Isu Armor. This is where you can find all 12 stone circle locations in Assassin’s Creed Origins.

Amun (Siwa)

This is the stone circle you’ve got to find first to unlock the “Bayek’s Promise” (level five) quest. You can find it by heading into the desert in a southwesterly direction from Siwa. It’s an easy stone circle to find since it’s not far from Siwa.

Osiris (Qattara Depression) 

The Osiris stone circle can be found in the desert of the Qattara Depression region of the map. The best way to find it is to go to the nearest village location of Balagrae in the mountainous region of Cyrenacia. Head in a southeasterly direction from there through the mountains into the Quattro desert to find the stone circle shown below.

Goat Fish (Isolated Desert)

Goat Fish is one of two stone circles within the Isolated Desert part of the map. This stone circle is within the northwestern corner of the Isolated Desert slightly northwest of the Pissa Oros Citadel. Head up the road from the citadel to get to it. You’ll need to do a bit of rock climbing to reach this stone circle that’s by a cliffside.

Taweret (Faiyum)

You can find the Taweret stone circle along the shoreline of Lake Moeris in Faiyum. The best way to find it is to follow the main road connecting Dionysias with Soknopaiou. Alternatively, swim across the lake in an approximate northern direction from Dionysias toward the stone circle on the shoreline location shown directly below.

The Great Twins (White Desert Oasis)

Great Twins is a stone circle situated on a tiny island within a relatively small oasis in the White Desert Oasis region of the map. First, head to the oasis shown in the image below. Then you’ll find the stone circle on the island on the western side of the oasis. Be careful of nasty crocodiles and hippos around this stone circle.

Apis (Isolated Desert)

To find the Apis stone circle, head to the southwest part of the Isolated Desert region. The stone circle is situated between the villages of Rematch Ra in the north and Karanis further south. You can find it by heading in an almost direct southern direction from Rematch Ra.

Serquest (Iment Nome)

The Serquest stone circle is within the desert of Iment Nome. To find this one, go to the Temple of Sekhmet in Yamu village. Then head in an approximate western directly into the desert from Yamu.

Divine Lion (Iment Nome)

Divine Lion is a stone circle you can find within the eastern part of the desert of Iment Nome. This stone circle is almost exactly west of the nearby Letopolis village. So, head exactly west from Letopolis and you will find it in the desert.

Hathor (Ka-Khem Nome)

The Hathor stone circle is on the southernmost large island in the map’s northeastern Ka-Khem Nome region. Letopolis is the nearest village to this stone circle. So, swim or sail across the water from Letopolis to the island on the other side. Then you’ll find this stone circle on that island’s eastern shoreline.

Pisces (Faiyum)

You can find the Pisces stone circle in an eastern area of Faiyum along the shoreline of the lake. A good way to find is to go to Philadelphia, which is the nearest village to the stone circle. Then swim in a slight northeastern direction across the lake from Philadelphia. Have a good look around the shoreline on the other side of the lake. Alternatively, head southeast all along the lake’s shoreline from nearby Karanis.

The Scales (Uab Nome)

Scales is one of two stone circles within the Uab Nome region in the southeast of the map. To find this one, hop on a boat at the city of Krokodilopolis and sail southeasterly downstream toward the stone circle location shown in the snapshot below. This stone circle is by the water along the eastern coast of Uab Nome.

Horus (Uab Nome)

The Horus stone circle is another in the Uab Nome that you can find west of Scales. It is very close to a viewpoint location in a mountainous part of Horus. You’ll find this stone circle beside a small body of water at the location shown below.

You can also view the locations of those stone circles on the Assassin’s Creed interactive map. Open that map’s page and deselect all location markers except those for stone circles. Then you can see exactly where to find all the stone circles throughout Egypt.

When you’ve found all those stone circle locations in Assassin’s Creed Origins and aligned them with the stars, you’ll have completed the “Bayek’s Promise” quest. Completing that quest also unlocks a locked-away area of the tomb in the Great Sphinx that includes Isu Armor (you’ll need 50 silica pieces to obtain it). Look for a small entrance at the back of the Great Sphinx to enter that tomb and see what’s inside.
