Resident Evil 4 Remake contains a lot of requests to complete. These requests allow you to perform certain tasks and get rewards from the merchant for doing so. Once you get to Chapter 2, you will be able to complete the second request of the game: Pest Control. This secondary mission requires you to find and exterminate three rats around the factory area. This is a fairly easy task so you shouldn’t have trouble doing this one. In any case, below you have the locations of all the three factory rats for the Pest Control Request in Resident Evil 4 Remake.

You should worry about this request once you meet the merchant in Chapter 2. In fact, you will find the corresponding blue sheet to activate this mission right beside where the merchant is. Grab it to start the secondary mission and get your knife ready to kill a few rats.

Rat #1
Backtrack where you came from and go to the corner where you make a turn inside the destroyed hallway of the factory. Here you will find the first rat wandering around. Knife the rat to make it count.

Keep backtracking until you vault the destroyed windows. Look down to find the rat running around and knife it as well.

Inside the same room where the second rat is, go to the center of this area to find the last rat and kill it to finish the mission objective.

Once you kill the last rat, go back to the merchant and interact with him to complete the request and claim your rewards for it. Resident Evil was never so easy, right?
