What the author says is that the game is not bad but should be published last year. Many ideas are promissing but not fully integrated. Many strategies you would expect to work for this type of sport are not working and you feel like you must play more like what is expected of you then what you would like to.
But on the other hand there is no other possibility which you could try and play. So still nice 7/10.
