All About Steve (2009)
Ended up loving this movie to bits. It takes a good person to appreciate the main character's quirks
I truly appreciated this film. I appreciated enough to want to really thank the director and the writers for making this film. Being an INFP (myers-briggs) it spoke to me so much. Although I'm kind of sure she's somewhat an ENFP. I really really liked this film. Not gonna lie I shed a lot of tears during the ending.
I really did not expect to like this film so much. I feel like some viewers might not be able to sit through the first part as I also thought she was a little overboard but the occasional comedic bits were funny enough to keep you watching. I certainly laughed out loud a lot. Good thing I was alone at home while I watched haha

Also I just really have to say it's a bummer this movie got a raspberry award. Because this movie is kind of like those that are so different from you, that because it's a truth for other people you just gotta appreciate it for what it is.
This movie was a truth for me. Although I'm not as overboard as Mary, I see her as someone unique with a special type of enthusiasm. It takes a good person to appreciate her quirks.
I started off unsure about liking this movie, I ended up loving it to bits.
The Proposal (2009)
Sadly lacked development for one of the characters
***there may be spoilers: opinion on the ending***
Frankly, I think Sandra Bullock's acting saved the movie. I started off loving the movie but the end felt very rushed. Andrew's love for Margaret didn't feel believable to me. Like maybe the movie lacked a scene where they really connected (like one person said, their love for literature. and it's a missed opportunity). I wanted to like this movie so bad because the cast and script was really good! Just really felt like something lacked on the portrayal of Andrew. There was definitely a part during the movie I felt Margaret was the only one truly falling for Andrew. Maybe they could've added a few minutes to the movie and inserted more Andrew scenes showing how she felt about Margaret.
I give this movie a 7/10
I would just like to add I've watched this movie 3 times and I've noticed the movie has a nice flow, makes you want to keep watching. But yeah, still cant get over the fact that the resolution didn't give justice to what came before it (As said by another IMDb user).
Fish Hooks (2010)
Very nice show, story, characters and animation
I love how simple and lighthearted but fun this show is, and I love how the jokes are actually funny and it isn't annoying unlike the other cartoons on Disney (where people just talk in high pitched voices and yelling all the time(boring)). Plus, at the end of the show you actually learn/re-learn something :P It's one of those shows that kids would like to watch and young-adults/adults would enjoy as well. The jokes are smart enough to even make 18-30 year-olds laugh.
Also, very nice animation! the way the characters move and the camera angles and techniques are nice. I like the texturing too, the mix of flat and lifelike/realistic. I honestly honestly like this show a lot, it's refreshing yet brings me back to the type of shows I liked as a kid - only better. :)
