Near the beginning Noel is at the mail box opening box #103. Yet she is living in unit 202. Most places the box number and the unit number would be identical.
Jeremy limps and walks with a cane, yet he can ice skate just fine.
Jeremy does a full Christmas shopping between Christmas Eve night and Christmas Day breakfast. Then they go outside to meet the family and it is dark outside.
Henry tells Noel right away that the grumpy guy has a cane, so she certainly would have figured out that 224 was Jeremy.
Jeremy's ex doesn't tell him about her wedding and baby, and she doesn't ask about him using a cane.
