With the amount of flour in the tunnel after the wreck of the truck, after the flares were lit the entire tunnel would have burst into flame. The small particles of flour in the air are extremely combustible and by burning would cause a phenomenon called dust explosion.
Whilst Ray is being chased through London, the vehicles all have white rear number plates. UK rear number plates are yellow. Also the format of the car registration numbers is incorrect for UK vehicles.
KT's character is said to use a mechanical enhancement on her chest to breathe, bypassing her throat. If this were to work, she would be unable to speak, since the vocal cords / windpipe would still need a rush of air going through her throat.
The Police vehicle that Ray pulls an assault rifle from is not in Metropolitan Police colours. Is not a vehicle type used by the Met, and Firearms Units have assault rifles stored in the boot. The assault rifle is not a G3 used by Met Police Firearms Officers.
Vin Diesel's character goes to steal a private jet. The plane is identified as a Gulfstream. He is seen downloading the manual for a G3, but all the exterior shots of the plane are of a Challenger 350, made by a completely different manufacturer.
After breaching the terrorists' building to rescue the hostage, Ray depletes his rifle magazine and drops it to reload. The magazine makes a metallic noise as it hits the floor. The magazine is a 30-round Magpul PMAG, which is made from a plastic polymer. The only metal in a PMAG is the spring inside. Dropping one onto a floor would sound like dropping a plastic toy.
Bloodshot attacks Martin Axe's convoy in the Chain Bridge tunnel in Budapest, causing a massive set of explosions and a long firefight. The tunnel is located in one of the most popular tourist areas of the city, still no emergency responders show up although the havoc lasts for several minutes.
After the meeting with his wife, 1hr 10 minutes into the film, there's a shootout/chase scene in 'London, UK' - that is so obviously not taking place in the UK.
The "London" scenes are all shot in Cape Town. The continuity dept didn't bother to change the car number plates from "CA" to UK plates, and the police car shown, in which two cops get attacked, is so clearly South African (with two rather large black cops in the car, clearly not London bobbies); sloppy production.
At 06:57 there is a few seconds filming in Vernazza, Cinqueterre, Italy and not Amalfi Coast as stated before, the same gorgeous landscape, but far different locations.
