Not every young auteur's fever dream deserves to be transferred onto the big screen, and this very much holds true for Da li ste videli ovu zenu. The beginning is intriguing, yet somewhat bland, and then it takes a left turn for pretentious, distasteful and plain disappointing. The story becomes irrelevant at some point, you only want the movie to finally end. It feels as if though they went for high art and ended up with a total flop on their hands.
Ksenija Marinkovic is exceptional in the lead role and the supporting characters have also done their job properly, which is the only reason why the movie received 2/10 and not 1/10.
