Stars spend countless hours sitting in the chairs of some of the most sought-after makeup artists, skincare specialists and hair stylists in the world. And that means they also learn everything there is to know about beauty straight from top experts. So who can blame them for wanting to take what they’ve learned about quality, technique, color and formulas and apply them to their own product lines? So many stars have started their own beauty businesses, it could practically be its own section of Sephora. But are they worth the (Kylie Lip Kit-level) hype? We wanted to find out.

It's been a big week for ABC Family's "Pretty Little Liars." The show's highly-anticipated fifth season premiered on Tuesday, and that same day it was renewed for sixth and seventh seasons. Squeal!
What better time than now to view some clips of the "Pretty Little" actresses before they hit it big? Some of the ladies have been acting since they were little kids and have quite the resumes under their belts. Ashley Benson performed in over a dozen projects before she landed her role as Hanna Marin, and Lucy Hale appeared in shows like "The O.C." and "The Bionic Woman" prior to being a "Liar."
Here's Ashley Benson on "7th Heaven" in 2005:
Catch little Lucy Hale on an episode of "Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide" from the same year:

"Pretty Little Liars" actress Troian Bellisario is now part of one of the most idolized teen quartets -- but 14 ago, she co-starred with Hollywood's most famous duo, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.
In the straight-to-video 1998 movie, "Billboard Dad," Bellisario had a small part -- two lines and a lot of giggling and clapping -- as Kristen, a member of the diving team that Tess (Mary-Kate Olsen) and Emily (Ashley Olsen) were also on. Bellisario talked to Buzzfeed about the experience -- you can watch here scenes here -- and her connection to the Olsens.
"I grew up across the street from them so we used to play all the time," she said. "Then they moved and we went to different schools and I hadn't heard from them I think since I was 6."
Bellisario, who's now 26 and plays Spencer Hastings on "Pretty Little Liars," was in her early teens when she filmed "Billboard Dad.

We're really warming up to Lemon (Jaime King) on "Hart of Dixie." Of course, she's still shrill, self-righteous, and childish... but we feel for her. She's trying so hard to do the right thing when it comes to Lavon (Cress Williams), and we can appreciate the damage her mother did, too.
In tonight's (Nov. 7) spooky episode, we'll see another side of Lemon when we meet her sister, Magnolia, played by 15-year-old up-and-coming country singer Claudia Lee. Zap2it spoke with Claudia about joining the Breeland family, whether she'll sing on the show, and the episodes director, "Everwood" star Tom Amandes.
Zap2it: We hear you're in the middle of a promo tour for your record!
Lee: Yes! I'm in Arkansas right now. So random, but it's so cool. It's so beautiful here. I drove through the Ozarks yesterday, and it was so nice.
Zap2it: You've got your debut episode...
