Not too terrible

This skinemax flick actually kept me entertained through the first two thirds of the film before degenerating into the usual climax. Tina has some great lines like "I can't fall asleep at night. If I drink cold milk at night you have to tie me to the bed and handcuff me to make me fall asleep." She uses this as a way of introducing herself to her landlord. There are other gems that I can't remember at the moment.
