John Silvertooth
John Silvertooth-Stewart was born in Portland, Oregon. He was raised and lived in Portland until 1970 when he moved to Eugene, Oregon to attend the University of Oregon where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in 1975. He was a partner in a graphic design and printing business in Eugene. He worked at the Oregon Legislature in Salem, Or. He entered the University of Oregon Law School in 1984 and then admitted to the Oregon State Bar. He engaged in a private law practice in Madras, Oregon and Antelope, Oregon until he retired.
In the early 1980's John became involved with the culture clash depicted in Netflix "Wild Wild Country". He became the only non- Rajneesh-cult member of the Antelope City Council in the tiny Central Oregon desert town hijacked by the cult. Later cult leaders launched a bio-terror attack in The Dalles, Oregon poisoning over 700. This is considered the first modern bio-terror attack in America.
