[orchestrating issues] I look for people who can interpret what's on the page and also go beyond it. I want people who can make music and not just play notes. In a pit, you're in a bunker with people for hours and weeks on end. You want to get along with them, but also be inspired by musicality that is at such a high level that you respect them and want to make music with them.
