Pilar Anguita-MacKay is an award-winning screenwriter whose scripts have won prizes in both the United States and Europe. In 2012 she received the Quartz Swiss Award-"Best Screenplay" for Summer Games", directed by Rolando Colla. In 2007 her feature "Moon on the Snow" was awarded "Best
Screenplay" at the Funchal International Film Festival, Portugal. In
2000, her screenplay "A Rose for Maria" won the Jack Nicholson
Screenwriters Award at the University of Southern California, US.
A member of the European Film Academy (EFA), Spanish native speaker, fluent in French and English, Anguita-MacKay teaches screenwriting and consults in Europe and Latin America.
