I'm never really sure how to feel about the treatment of "Typhoid Mary". She was entirely unaware of the majority of the people she infected. On the other hand, she was defiantly ignorant after being told she was a carrier. Still, she spent nearly twenty-five years in a island hospital. It's a wonder she didn't go insane.
