really liked it
The 5th in series of Holmes books by this author the biggest problem is that he talks about villains from others books which spoil both this story and the , other books.
This set around 1909 when there is an option to try and start WW1 early as you expect this Mycroft book as much as Sherlock. It's full of twist and great writing

Set in an American ghost town with gambling, red Indians this 1949 classic crime book that has all the original slang of the period this erotic historical American gangsters
I have read lot of these cases of Hank who today would be sexist but this was early erotic after WWII years. Some of them are even classified as smut but in to days standards very tame.one big things you need to know is that American cheap whisky is like toilet alcohol brewed
