If you grew up with an overbearing manipulative mother you could really commiserate with this book. And if you have/had an eating disorder, this is a book you should read.

Great listen! Arnold tells it to you straight, get off your ass be useful. It's your own fault if your life isn't they way you thought it would be. If you're not doing anything to better yourself or your situation it's on you and no one else. There are tons of free resources available to get you the skill set you need to succeed, so don't just sit on your ass playing video games or sit on the toilet watching cat videos.
