Totally Demented... and I loved it

This is the third gas station novel I've read. The author is out of his freaking mind, which makes his work so captivating and fun. It doesn't matter that anything in his stories make sense, but as escapism goes, it madcap fun on every page. Think you can guess what to expect next? Guess again. This author expertly misdirects like a magician on acid.

A Rousing Adventure in a Post Disaster World.

The story is the tale of people banding together after a pandemic has changed the world around them.
The characters are relatable and grow on the reader.
As they cross the country, making new friends and fighting off desperate gangs, it reveals how thin our veneer of civilization truly is.
