Addicted to YA discussion

While we were trying to improve our BOTM, we got a suggestion to have a discussion leader for the BOTM books, so that there can be someone who read the book to keep the discussion going and interact with members that want to discuss the book. Since the moderators and I don't always read the books, we thought it would be a good idea to see if any of the members would like to lead a discussion.

Discussion Leader Rules
-First person to ask to be the discussion leader will get the position
-Members may not be a discussion leader for two consecutive months, unless no one else is interested in the position
-You may only be a discussion leader for one book at a time (unless no one else signs up for the book)
-If you previously signed up for a discussion leader position, but did not lead the discussion, you will not be eligible for the position again (unless you have been very active in group discussions recently)
-Discussion leaders will be chosen within the first week of the month prior to the month they will be leading the discussion
-An alternate discussion leader may be selected in case the selected discussion leader, can't lead the discussion

Guidelines for Discussion Leaders
-Actively participate in your discussion
-Read the book for the discussion
-Respond to other people that post in the discussion
-You do not have to post everyday, but make sure you check back frequently to see what other members may have said
