I just started the Camaro Espinoza series. Some reviewers are comparing her to Jack Reacher and/or Travis McGee. There is one novel, several novellas on kindle and a free online short story, see the list at https://www.goodreads.com/series/1706...
It may not seem like an obvious choice, but Thomas Perry's Jane Whitefield is kinda in Reacher territory, in the sense that she is a vigilante helping (usually) innocent people. I'd say No.3 Shadow Woman and No. 4 The Face Changers are the best. https://www.goodreads.com/series/4166...

A little bit left field but you might like to try F Paul Wilson's 'Repairman Jack' novels - starts with The Tomb - https://www.goodreads.com/series/4086...
It has supernatural/horror overtones but Jack is pretty hard-ass!

No one has mentioned Jo Nesbo and his hero, Harry Hole? I like Harry even more than I like Reacher because he's a more complicated character.
A couple of series that I have come across and think are similar to Reacher are Matt Hilton's Joe Hunter, Jason Dean's James Bishop, Sean Black's Ryan Lock, Glen Erik Hamilton's Van Shaw, Sam Hawken's Camaro Espinoza and Erik Storey's Clyde Barr.
All are well worth a read and have a similar feel to Reacher.

Anything by David Baldacci or Harlen Coban usually works for Reacher fans. Oh almost forgot - Michael Connelly is good too, Harry Bosch is his main protagonist.
The Grey Man series (Court Gentry). Will Robie starting with The Innocent.
Lee Child has often said that Jack Reacher is a kind of imitation of Travis McGee, so I'd recommend that. The Deep Blue Good-By is the first in that series.
For fun, here is a youtube video of Lee Child talking about the series and it's influence on him. In the video, he talks about how for years, he was planning on stopping the Reacher series at 21 books (the same as the number of McGee books) because Child felt that going past that would be presumptuous of him, as if he was putting Reacher in the same league as McGee.

Id suggest the writer Scott Mariani his slightly flawed hero Ben Hope is really rather good
Different style of writing than Lee Child, but Armand Gamanche (by Louise Penny)would be my other favorite character besides Reacher of course.
