I loved Captain blood; and the premise is very similar so if you like this, I recommend checking it out!

Thanks Joe - very much enjoyed it; full thoughts coming tomorrow! You certainly know what you're getting with Sabatini which is no bad thing. Captain Blood is going to be next on my list in terms of Sabatini books, so thanks for recommending it!
