it was amazing
bookshelves: england, love, secrets
Read 2 times. Last read September 26, 2024 to October 4, 2024.

A interesting account of life in England in the late 1700 and early 1800 , when land was owned by nobles and tenants farmed the land in small sections.
The main character in the story was J. Rutherford Pendragon, as he lived and traveled in Sussex, Surry and Kent England. He learned reading and writing and sums from his mother Rihanna.
He entered a special school to further his education.
He learned about his past from an Uncle. His present and future was with Effingham Manor, with the position as estate Steward with the Thredisting Manor staff.

I want to thank the author for sending me a copy of his book
