The Queen (The Selection, #0.4)
by
This was a really good short novella told from Queen Amberly’s point of view whilst she herself was part of the selection. I liked finding out what happened to Queen Amberly, and how King Clarkson asked her to marry him. It was also nice seeing things from their point of view rather than from America’s point of view, as there were obviously things about Amberly and Clarkson that American had no idea about.
The only sad part of this story was (spoiler for The One) (view spoiler)

0h yeah I remember that, how they dies and suddenly Maxon was king so America never was a princess, she went straight from a five wanting to be a six to a three to a one (queen).
