it was amazing

Wow… what can I say? This is my second JP book and I’m definitely a fan of her writing. Her story telling absolutely hooks me. She takes very sensitive subject matter and weaves a take that just makes me question, and think, and evaluate what I’m thinking. I love that about her story telling.

Nineteen Minutes is the story of a school shooting in New Hampshire and exposes the trauma of being a teenager in America and how we deal with the pressures of growing up and fitting in. This heavy topic is difficult to read but will really make you evaluate what we as people can do to be better to each other. Be kind, accepting and supportive. I’m memorized every time I read one of her books. Very well done.
