really liked it

I've read so many WW-II novels (including Japanese Americans relocation centers), but this one is so different. The Hawaii (not Pearl Harbor) setting is not one I've ever read about. While I'm not much of a "magic" fan, it was not a huge part of this tale. This was a sweet book.
