really liked it
bookshelves: ghosts, magic, ill-world-cat, paranormal, supernatural, witches, young-adult-fantasy, young-adult-romance

It was really good! I really liked how it caught you up on what happened at the end of the Nightshade series without dragging down the story and plot. The story was told from lots of different POVs this time around and one of them was difinitely a surprise!

The tension is really high in this story due to the pivotal events of how Bloodrose ended. I had always wondered why Bosque had such an interest in Adne and I serioulsy cannot wait to find out! Because of course this is a 3 book series and did you really think we would find out the $3 million question in the first book?? Yeah, no!!

But that's ok!! Because it was really good! Had me on the edge of my seat and biting my nails to the nubs! I'm so anixous about the sequel for the next book because I have all these thoughts in my head about what's going to happen next! And there isn't even a release date for it yet much less a cover!
