I love the concept of this collection of speculative short stories from 25 authors imagining a future for the United States shaded by justice, joy, and equity. I have yet to find a short story anthology that works particularly well for me, collections from one author tend to fit my tastes much better. Unfortunately, this anthology wasn't the exception to the rule. The stories I read were not bad by any means, they just were not making a strong impression on me.
