Coming from a culture which breathes music, produces more music than the entire world combined, and being a hardcore classical Indian music lover, this book holds a special meaning to me. from the first moment a child enters the world till it dies, every moment, every occasion is celebrated or mourned in musical sentiments in my culture, so i could identify with this books theme more than everybody else.

Carrying the flavour of Great Expectations Chadwick & Aurelia are such star-crossed, ill-fated lovers that are meant for each other, but peripheral forces come to play in their blissful bubble and shatter it to pieces. I'm ruined and restored but the painful howls and my tears were totally worth it.
It frustrated me too....SO MUCH!! Aurelia's insecurities were real but I still had this uncontrollable urge to shake her up to break her out of this addiction of Self harm.
Chadwick David is not only a genius musician, he's also perfect hero in every sense of the word.
Priscilla & Agnes saved the day though.
Thank you Auden for crafting this melodious saga. I'm still hungover.....
