this isn't what i expected of the book but that doesn't mean it's in any way bad.
i liked it.
it's a ya story but it has some really heavy themes throughout the whole book. so many shitty things happened, and in some way everything that happened to them made them a bit closer but at the same time i felt like the romance part was less important because of all the heaviness (and, well, i really thought it'd be just a fun light enemies to lovers romance).
definitelly want to read tess sharpe's the girls i've been now!
