Good book to understand Pina's method, its connection to the european contemporary dance context. Sometimes it feels too boring with too lengthy and objectless reflections. Don't know why the author chose Kontakthof to describe it, while there are a lot of more illustrative pieces.
Anyway, the book is worth reading for amateurs and professionals, especially the exercises part to practice with the group or alone.
