** spoiler alert ** This was kind of disappointing. It was a long story, kind of random things and mysteries brought up that don’t make a ton of sense with the previous books, and then the ending you think “this might be good, billy will have a happy home with Cristopher C” and C just goes and sacrifices himself for Uncle Paton. Then the guy who was supposed to kill Uncle Paton was around for the entire book, and had plenty of opportunities to say, harm Charlie, but didn’t. It wasn’t my favorite, consider it the Prisoner of Azkaban almost in this series.
