Just as good as I remember! These two are fucking delicious. It’s the book that made me love depredation as a kink!
Original review 4/18-4/19/21
Only a writer as talented as K Webster can create a character that’s basically a dirty old man and still make him sexy AF.
It should be equally as disturbing because he continues to call her little girl or child not because he’s into daddy kink but because he likes that she’s barely legal.
And the best part about her is that she’s well aware but full of denial. Not that I’ll complain about her smart mouth and witty retorts.
I’ve never enjoyed humiliation, especially as a kink, but damn. And jeez, I hate the name Winston. But fuck me if I don’t find every single thing about him gloriously seductive.
I finally realized what makes this so hot! There’s no hiding. He doesn’t pretend to be something that he’s not. If he wants it he’s gonna get it. There’s a fine line between cockiness and confidence and Winston Constantine rides that line like it’s Ash’s ... 😋
You want to talk about mortification? Let’s talk about when he decides to set the record straight about who they are to one another. Sometimes it’s kind to be cruel but that was brutal! (That’s the moment I remembered why I don’t enjoy humiliation kink.)
The best part of this whole thing is watching her learn to play the game. He taught her very well how to traverse this deviant road.
Ever seen A Clockwork Orange? Feels like the terror triplets are recreating that horrific scene. This was not the ending I was expecting. Thank goodness I waited to read these close enough when they’ve all been published.

K yes, Win is no doubt one of the most awful men that I adore. And I waited so I don’t have to endure the cliffhangers and it was well worth the wait. Thanks sweetie! 💋
This review was perfect Debbie! 🤩🖤
I was also waiting for the next books to come out, so now I can give them a try.
