The story's execution is solid but it's so vague. That might be because I'm not European- for some reason I got the notion that books outside of American zeitgeist are being referenced and/or adapted to plot.
The hair hanging completely off the front side of the girls head and another's SpudMac reminiscent eye-circled birthmark really annoyed me.
